We ordered a dress for our daughter's prom and we never received it. We ordered in March and have yet to receive the dress . We have tried contacting the company via their "Contact Us' button with no response nor any acknowledgement. There aren't any phone numbers nor mailing address. On the Vudress Facebook page, the link to their website re-directs us to another third party website. I highly advise not ordering from this company.

I ordered a dress that I had seen at cache that I had fallen in love with only problem was cache did not make the dress in my size. So when I found it on this site I was excited and couldn't wait to order it. When it came in the mail it was way to tight and I couldn't even zip up the back of it. The rhinestone Shoulder piece looked like a belt buckle they had sewn on. Even had the two metal buckle pieces that a belt would attach to on each side. I would be completely mortified if I wore that dress in public. Then when you try to return the dress you cant get a hold of anyone so your stuck with something you couldn't even give away.
Do yourself a favor and don't ever order from this site!
