I completed KYC on this website and then made a deposit.
However, when I made a profit, my account was blocked for KYC reasons.
I've sent the requested documents via email, but they keep asking for additional documents every time I send them. I always provide the documents they request, but after I send them, they keep asking for more.

I am currently experiencing an issue with a withdrawal on my account and it is giving me concerns about how it is getting handled.
My withdrawal request was rejected within minutes, and my account has now been placed under manual review for over 48 business hours excluding the weekend without any clear explanation.
I have contacted support multiple times. While they respond, they are unable to provide any meaningful information and have directed me to email the trading team. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the trading team so far.
At this point, my main concern is the lack of communication and transparency. I am simply trying to withdraw my funds, and I would appreciate a clear explanation and timeline for resolution.
You guys cannot be asking me to be patient, I am tired of being patient.
I opened an account with the broker VT Markets for the first time and made a deposit. I deposited a minimum amount—specifically $20.10—but this sum has not yet reflected in my account, even though more than two hours have passed. I made the deposit using cryptocurrency. I have submitted all the necessary proofs, yet the funds still haven't arrived. I am attaching a screenshot below so that you all can see the details. Furthermore, the company claims that I did not use their "official gateway" for the deposit; if that is the case—if these gateways are not considered official—then why did they provide the option to deposit via USDT (TRC20) in the first place? If they are unable to process a small deposit of just $20 now, what will happen when it comes to handling larger amounts in the future? (Note: It appears there is no option to upload images on Trustpilot, or perhaps I am simply unable to locate it.)

My account has been restricted for withdrawals since 28 January 2026, and my original funds are still being held. I have not made any profit.
Despite contacting support and my account manager multiple times, I only receive vague responses that my case is under review, with no resolution provided.

They have removed the customer support option from my vt markets portal as well.
I have already file a complaint against them on FINANCIAL COMISSION AND also their
Mauritius regulation.
4 months enough is enough now.

I have been waiting for my KYC verification for over 3 months now, which is completely unacceptable.
I have 1970$ in my account
I have submitted all required documents and even re-submitted video verification multiple times. Each time I contact support, I am told that my case will be expedited, but nothing actually happens.
I have contacted live chat more than 20 times and sent several emails, yet I still have no clear update or resolution. Meanwhile, I am unable to trade or withdraw my funds, which is extremely frustrating.
The lack of communication and the excessive delay make this a very poor experience. I would not recommend this broker based on my experience so far.

I had a very bad experience with VT Markets.
I deposited $500 and traded normally. At first, everything seemed fine because I successfully withdrew $880 profit without any issues. This clearly shows that my trading activity was accepted and approved by their system.
However, after I continued trading and made more profit, I requested another withdrawal. Suddenly, my account was flagged for “suspicious trading activity,” and my remaining profit of $1979.42 was completely removed.
What is unfair is that:
* My earlier withdrawal was approved without any problem.
* No clear explanation or evidence was provided.
* My account balance became zero after the adjustment.
If my trading was truly against the rules, why did they allow my first withdrawal?
This behavior is inconsistent and raises serious concerns about their practices.
I have already contacted support and requested a full explanation with proof, but I am still waiting for a fair solution.
I hope VT Markets will review my case properly and act fairly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with VT Markets.
I requested a withdrawal from my MT5 account (Account No: 20999154) on [date], and it has still not been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving generic responses with no clear resolution or timeline.
This situation raises serious concerns about transparency and the safety of client funds. There has been no proper explanation for the delay, which is unacceptable for a regulated broker.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with VT Markets, especially under their Mauritius entity where regulatory protection appears limited.
I have escalated this matter to the Financial Services Commission (FSC) Mauritius and am also pursuing action through my payment provider.
Until this issue is fully resolved, I cannot recommend VT Markets to anyone.

I am currently experiencing a serious issue with my withdrawal from VT Markets.
I requested a withdrawal of 60 USDT (BEP20) on 22/04/2026 at 19:59:20, but the transaction is still stuck in “processing” and has not been transferred to my receiving wallet.
There is no clear update, no transaction confirmation, and my funds are still being held internally for an unreasonable amount of time.
I have already contacted support multiple times, but the responses have been slow and not helpful.
This kind of delay is very concerning, especially in crypto where transactions are usually fast. It raises questions about how client funds are being handled.
I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible. I will update this review if the situation improves. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate this issue further through regulatory channels.

My trades were held for several hours (not scalping, not high-frequency, not during news events).
I made a profit of €605.47.
Without providing any technical explanation or evidence, VT Markets removed my profits, claiming “suspicious trading activity”.
Since then:
* My account has been restricted
* I received contradictory explanations (account “inactive” despite recent trading)
* Support keeps redirecting me between departments
* No execution logs or proof have ever been provided
Despite multiple requests, I have not received:
* Any trade-by-trade explanation
* Any server-side execution data
* Any clear reference to a violated rule
This raises serious concerns about transparency and how client profits are handled.
I am still waiting for a proper and evidence-based response.
I strongly recommend caution before trading with this broker.

My experience with VT Markets has been extremely frustrating and concerning.
I requested a withdrawal on March 30, 2026 (Account: 24507284, Amount: $498.14). Weeks later, the funds are no longer in my trading account, and I have not received anything on my end. There has been no clear explanation as to where the money actually is.
My so-called account manager, Vincent Huang, contacted me asking for a selfie holding the credit card used for the deposit. The problem? The deposit was made using a disposable virtual card (Revolut) — there is no physical card to hold. I explained this multiple times and asked for an alternative verification method, but instead of helping, they keep repeating the same impossible request.
This is unacceptable:
* My money has effectively disappeared
* Withdrawal is being blocked by unrealistic requirements
* No flexibility or real support from the account manager
* No transparency on where the funds are
At this point, it feels like a deliberate attempt to delay or avoid processing withdrawals.
I strongly warn anyone considering VT Markets: depositing is easy, but getting your money back appears to be a completely different story

Well withdrawal t took far longer than advertised, and I also experienced problems with the execution of my orders. When I contacted support for help, the staff responded with a rude words. Overall, i'm not happy with the service and support. After years of dealing with different platforms, I can see why # Echomines...# gets attention. The setup is simple and the performance shows it.

VT Markets does not process withdrawals in a timely or transparent manner.
I submitted a withdrawal request and instead of receiving my funds within the stated timeframe, I got a generic reply saying the case was “escalated for further review” due to a high volume of inquiries. No clear explanation, no timeline, and no accountability.
Delaying access to client funds while hiding behind vague internal processes is unacceptable for any broker.
What is even more concerning is the pattern: recent reviews are increasingly negative and highlight similar issues, while older reviews appear more positive. This sharp decline raises serious questions about the company’s current operations and reliability.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend VT Markets. If you are considering depositing funds, proceed with extreme caution.

I had a very bad experience with this broker.
After submitting a complaint and waiting for more than a month and a half with no proper resolution, I was shocked to find that my account was suddenly adjusted and my entire balance was removed.
They claimed “suspicious trading activity”, but provided no clear explanation, no specific trades, and no evidence to support this accusation — even after such a long delay.
What is extremely concerning is that this action happened after 6+ weeks, not immediately, which raises serious questions about their internal processes and fairness.
If there was really an issue, why was it not addressed at the time of trading?
This lack of transparency and delayed action has completely destroyed my trust.
I strongly advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this platform

I tried to deposit my USDT into my VTMarketing account. However, I mistakenly swapped ETH to BSC. I have submitted a deposit request and used the transaction ID from VTMarketing, which is ERC20.
After 20 days, I received a refund of my USDT, but it is not real; it is flash USDT. I am unable to transfer it to anyone. I feel completely defrauded. I have proof in my trust wallet.
