VRSoft - Good value but needless worry

I purchased a 1 year unlimited license key for McAfee LiveSafe from VRSoft.co.uk today.
The process appeared to be quick and seamless until I tried to redeem the license key. Unfortunately, although the product is advertised for the Eu/Uk, the only options shown during the redemption, were Malaysian and Singaporean. I did not proceed further and emailed VRSoft. Within a couple of hours, they emailed another key that worked fine.
As a consequence of this issue I have awarded 4 stars and will give them five if the issue is resolved by next renewal.
