VROBI Sports - Infantry Catcher bag
I would NOT recommend this company or this catcher’s bag. We paid just under $300 for a custom embroidered bag, and after only 10 days, it is essentially worthless to us because it will not stand upright as advertised. The bottom folds over and the bag collapses when loaded with catcher’s gear.
We contacted VROBI within the first two days and followed their recommendation to remove the bottom shelf and place the weight at the bottom. The shelving system was one of the main selling points, and even after removing it, the bag still would not stand properly.
Because the bag was customized (embroidered bottom panel), the company’s position has essentially been that there is nothing they will do. I offered to pay for replacement panel, shipping and understand loss of additional embroidery cost. Paying more for a custom product should not mean giving up support when the product itself does not function as advertised.
A 10-day-old, nearly $300 bag that we cannot use—and a company unwilling to stand behind it—says a lot about the level of product support customers can expect. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
