I have been truly happy with my VA from VRA. I have had several VAs from different companies in the past and even starting with those companies, I always felt they would be a temporary situation and they were. When I started with VRA, they lined up several great candidates for me. They originally had someone else in mind for me but when Marie became available, they knew she would be the right person for me and they were 100% correct. The company knew my strengths and what I was looking for and what was important to me in a VA.

My VA, Marie, speaks and writes English very well. She is articulate and understands common email etiquette, which is very important to me. I am not embarrassed when she reaches out to clients or vendors for me.

My number one goal with a VA was to let someone else worry about minor details with paperwork and uploading compliance. This has never been achieved with my previous VAs because I am somewhat of a control freak and none of the other VAs did the tasks to my satisfaction. Even though I would let them do the work, I had to keep a strict eye on everything because it was not done to my satisfaction or they made too many mistakes that I had to clean up myself. I didn't want to still have to tell someone what they needed to do. The VA should be taking care of everything and just letting me know when there is something that I personally need to do because she doesn't have access or rights to do it. That is exactly how things are now. Marie takes care of the day to day details, reminds me who I need to call and is pro-active with open projects. I am not saying there are not mistakes sometimes (because we are all human) but when there is a mistake, she apologizes and takes care of repairing the issue immediately. And they are always small and unimportant details.

VRA had a 30, 60 and 90 checkin to make sure everything was going well. They have continuous education for the VAs to keep them up to date on our latest software. If there is a program or app that I use that my VA has not been trained on, she spends time to learn it and she picks it up very quickly.

My VA has only been with me for about 9 months so far and I cannot imagine my business without her.

Partnering with my VRA has done so much more than save me time, it’s given me back my energy. Having someone who truly gets my needs, speaks up when needed, and stays one step ahead is a total game changer. I’m so thankful for my VRA and can’t recommend them enough!
