They are a ghost company and don't reply back

The VPN worked at first for a while without major issues, I have decided it was too slow and I have cancelled. There is a cancel option on their backoffice however it seems the service was not cancelled like I assumed it would be. I was surprised to receive the bill on paypal, VPN.sh does not reply back to tickets or complains. AVOID at all cost even if you use paypal to pay!

I do believe while the company was legit at some point (until 2018?) the company is now kept open just to scam people that don't notice their membership is still active.
