Almost never connects to servers, (hasn't for the past year). Just sits there either doing nothing or spinning the ball endlessly. Customer service is non existent. Maybe I'll start my own vpn company and charge money for nothing at all. Update: at least they replied to my review but the same day I received a separate message saying my lifetime subscription had expired but I could renew it. I tried multiple times to renew my subscription but was completely unsuccessful so I've gone with a different product.

Uninstalled and Reinstalled Newest Version Again Today...Same results.

I purchased the "lifetime" offer Jan 24, 2017.

The original software worked fine. Then I was forced to use the new software because the original software quit working.

The new software has never worked for me.

I sent multiple requests for help to "support" but none of their suggestions helped.

I guess I am on their 'ignore' list for the last 3+ years!!!

It feels a bit like a scam.
I tried to use it in China and couldn't connect to a single server (strike one).
I clearly changed settings to cancel recurring payments at their official website, but the payment provider still tried make a monthly payment, which i fortunately blocked in time (strike two)
The website advertises "Backed by a 100% Happiness Guarantee" and "Get a full (no-hassle) refund with our 30 day money back guarantee". I asked for a refund well over a month ago, Sophia (support agent) said on November 26 (nearly 1 month ago) that it will be refunded but I have never gotten the refund (strike three, out!)

Given my experience, I strongly suggest everyone to stay away.

Great VPN to use, with a wide variety of locations and I can use it on all my devices.

I purchased vpn.asia almost a year back. But i have not got a chace to use it as it never worked. Customer service is pathetic as they does not know what we are asking and setup guide is useless.

I have seen earlier reviews and company does not bother to even respond to the rating. Being said, please refrain from buying this VPN as it does not work at all and you will be losing money for no reason.

It does what it has to do, good speed, can be use in many kinds of devices, routers, Pc, phones. I have accounts on Hotspotshield, VPN unlimited, Ivacy and VPNasia, and this is the one I use as my main vpn provider. If your want a good vpn for a good price, this is a good choice.

Fraud Alert!. Do Not Buy. They claim a 7-Day money back guarantee, but they never provide you refund. Also, I cancelled my subscription after few days of buying monthly subscription, but they charged my for the 2nd month.

Terrible customer support with no set-up instructions on how to set up your router. Live chat is always offline and they never reply to your emails. AVOID!
