I got a free 7-day global eSim from making a booking from Agoda. Easy installed and good connection without problem.
The Voye agent was very helpful in responding my enquiries promptly.
The eSim also gave me extra 100mb to start from my country before travelling overseas.

I intended to purchase a VOYE e-SIM
I always have an excellent experience with the company's e-SIMs.
Two weeks ago I came back from Budapest and I had a small volume - 3 gigabytes - which was emptied quite quickly and I had to purchase additional surfing volume. I contacted VOYE support on WhatsApp and asked for a human representative. Ram answered me patiently and guided me until everything worked out to my satisfaction.
Now, in preparation for another trip, I wanted to purchase your Aces again. I saw that you can get a discount by typing in a certain coupon code and I didn't know how to make the purchase and get a discount. Again I asked for a human supporter and Ram answered me again. He answered all the many questions I had with infinite patience, inexhaustible kindness and niceness. How wonderful it is for me and for you to have such a professional, knowledgeable, supportive and helpful, patient, kind and nice supporter.
Of course, I will continue to purchase an e-SIM from your company.

Used the 7gb plan for my trip to Nepal. Worked in Kathmandu and Pokhara majority of the time. every now and then when inside a pub or building it would drop out but otherwise worked. I trekked to Annapurna BC and it worked at some spots lower on the mountain but somewhere a bit before derauli and after sinwua it dropped out. I saw a lot of reviews saying Ncell won't work and you need NTC but Ncell worked fine for me. My friends got sims at the Kathmandu airport which were unlimited and only cost 7 USD, they were also NTC. There sims worked all the way to ABC and everywhere we went. The only downside was it was a physical sim. So if you don't mind getting a physical sim and you're going to Nepal I recommend getting one at the airport.

On a global plan in the USA in order to have phone calls and sms, i toke a two weeks plans and a 40 minutes calls.
The internet works but the sms and calls didn't work at the beginning, and it looks like they are still not working.
i'm not taking a esim to wait for a whole day for it to activate.

Had 4 unlimited plans and they were all basically useless.

After 2gig the plan slows down to be no use.

Communicating with the company was good and they admitted that it was not obvious on the website but the fine print was there.

The data speeds even before the 2 gig was used was so slow.

The worst eSIM provider ever! Tried to use their eSIM in Madagascar and for 2 days not even 3G data access. Their customer support is useless. Advising to use alternative networks where there are none to connect with their eSIM. Eventually got connected to Orange network after 3 days but my request to extend the eSIM duration for the days without data - justified by a screenshot (keeping same purchased data limit) was declined. Their customer service even don’t know under what name their eSIM shows up on the phone. Declined request to connect with supervisor… I have been using multiple eSIM providers but this is by far the worst!

I put in the wrong phone number on activation and forgot that I had left my phone in flight mode after arriving at my destination. I got help right away and they were able to get me set up and activated in no time. Got my phone number updated and the e-sim activated.

I am not phone savy, but the team helped me with alot of patience sending me correct info on what to do to use my data for esim. I bought the max package avaiable of 50 gb for 365 days.
