It doesn't deserve any stars

It doesn't deserve any stars. It is obviously a scam since the email I just sent them regarding my order on approximately 12-22-24 has never arrived and the email could not be delivered. Looking further I found this site. This was a main Christmas gift for my husband and I am very, very, unhappy.

Order not received.

I ordered 2 items from this company 11/24/25. Today is 12/30/25 and I still have not received my order. I contacted Customer service twice but got no satisfaction. They ship from China. Beware! I would not recommend to anyone this company. I gave it one star because I can't go lower.
It is now Feb 20th and still no order. My husband tried calling and was hung up on. I contacted customer service via email again and was told my order is still coming. And, for my being inconvenienced I will also get a gift card. 😏

I had ordered 2 coats

I had ordered 2 coats. They would not fit. Would of had to ship to China. Return policy stated they had a place in the US but it was closed because of renovation. That was on them. I feel they should of sent a shipping slip. 3 power banks valued at 120 dollars were not delivered. They disputed they were and as far as they were concerned it was case closed. Never again! This experience was in 2024 Aftet going back and forth didn't decide to review now.

Would rank as less than 1 ranking

Would rank as less than 1 ranking. DO NOT buy from this company....it is a sham/scam. I ordered 2 vests and 1 power pack. The vests run super small (not as advertised) and the power packs never were shipped or delivered. I tried to dispute through American Express, but my time limit ran past the 2-month limit to submit (I gave the company the benefit of the doubt since they said it was on the way). Do not buy from this company.

TOTAL SCAM

I WISH I'd read these reviews before ordering. Like others, the vests arrived, but not the necessary chargers. Sizes were also wrong. I trusted their "Money Back Guarantee" and was told I needed to send the vests back to a 6-line complicated address in China, my cost, not theirs. In addition, since I'd supposedly gotten a 2-for-1 "deal", they said after spending my own money to return (and hope they actually arrived) I would only receive $75, even though I'd spent $150. Crazy! I submitted a complaint to Discover to have the charges reversed. Discover refused, sharing documentation from the company that Voyagear would sue Discover for "theft". In addition Voyagear lied to Discover saying I could have sent the vests back to a NY address. Thankfully I have their original email and will continue to dispute with Discover. DON"T BUY VOYAGEAR!

CANNOT BE TRUSTED/RIP OFF!!!!!!!!

Seems there is a common theme upon reviewing previous customers experiences. Ordered two heated vests (BOGO) and power bank in November. Received the vests w/in 2-3 weeks but never received the power bank though company tracking stated it was shipped. Contacted company in January and customer support stated it would be delivered w/in 1 week. 2 weeks later, no power bank. Again contacted customer support and they were adamant it was delivered on January 13. Filed claim through USPS and was told that the item was delivered to an address no where near where I live. Still VoyagearUSA contends it was delivered to my address which it wasn't. Tried calling their company but phone has been disconnected. I am quite certain this company is not a true USA business and needs to be investigated. Will seek litigation about recovering my money. They will not allow return of vests as it is past their 30 day policy.

THIEVES AND LIARS

Reviewing previous complaints seems to establish a trend. I ordered 2 vests (BOGO) as well as ordering a power bank. The vests arrived within 2 1/2 weeks, but the battery pack, though stating shipped never arrived. Sent email to their customer support and assured it would arrive within the week. 2 weeks later, no battery pack. Contacted Voyagear and they were adamant package had arrived on January 13. No package had arrived and contacted the USPS and was informed that the package was delivered to an address nowhere in my delivery region. Wanted a total refund but they claim 30 day return policy had expired. Will not stand for this Chinese company calling me a liar and stealing my money.

Poor company to deal with

Poor company to deal with. Ordered headed vest and battery packs. I received the vests the battery packs showed in transit. after 3 weeks of emails and excuses they sent me a tracking number that showed it delivered. Went to the post office hade the postmaster track the number (it was shipped by them) Postmaster said the track number was from a package that was delivered in California. Contacted the company they continue to say it was delivered at our house (Pennsylvania). I would not recommend this company, I even question the statement they have on their website (proud American company) but produce come from Chine. stay away from this company they are a scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this "company".
it started with a BOGO offer on heated vests. delivery from China was 6 weeks. no mention of this during purchase. when they finally arrived, there were NO batteries included for the vests. I wanted to make a return which the website clearly shows as free returns, not true they wanted me to pay for the return. 2. Get this..becasue I purchased on a BOGO offer, they would only refund 1/2 what I paid because one was free. WHAT??? what a poor business practice. 3. after I explained there was no battery in the package they said its not included. 4. I tried to call the customer service number...it's disconnected. shocker.
Do Not buy from this Chinese company. its a lie that they are American.

Heated Jacket SCAM

Ordered a heated jacket. There was a BOGO offer so I ordered the two. I figured that I was OK since they had a US address in Wyoming. When I got confirmation that the jackets were being shipped from China I began to wonder if the sizing was going to be accurate. The sizing isn't even close. The company refused to honor the 30 day warranty and refund policy insisting that only one jacket was returnable at half the price paid. Additionally I am expected to pay shipping back to China, and No they would not be sending any return labels. Voyagear doesn't seem to have a social media presence as they purport on their website. This is a scam. Avoid disappointment and don't order from this company
