Customer service is awful, ordered a sim card never arrived spoke to an agent completely useless. Had to order a new sim lo and behold it would not let me activate it. Spoke to another agent who put me on a completely plan with an Esim? useless and a waste of time so now i have to take my business elsewhere!

The worst signal I had in my life has been them, worst customer service and lies when I move to them I apply to have gift card the lie say no you didn’t this and that task all full of lies, moved to other company better signal, the charge me this month when I moved today they just care of charging Vodafone signal is the worst never spend even 5G of my 50g cause never had good connection

Your advisor demonstrated a staggering level of incompetence, failing to grasp the very simple fact that an SMS passcode cannot be retrieved when the SIM is installed in a router. The irony is almost comical — Vodafone, your own parent company, sells these routers in-store, yet your staff appear completely unaware of how they work.
After this abysmal and frankly unacceptable experience, the Voxi subscription will be cancelled — along with three additional Vodafone accounts. Congratulations, Voxi. If this is the standard you operate at, your parent company must be absolutely thrilled with the damage you’re causing.

There are moments in life when you receive such exceptional customer service that it stays with you forever. This was one of those moments.
On May 2nd, 2026, at around 1:40 am (Mexico time), I lost my phone on the busy streets of Playa del Carmen while on vacation. To make things worse, I hadn’t activated an international roaming pack, so my phone was completely unreachable. I couldn’t even log into my VOXI account because the OTP was being sent to the lost device. At that point, I had completely lost hope.
That’s when Saurabh from VOXI stepped in. He went above and beyond to help me, sending me a payment link so I could activate an international roaming pack. Because of that, I was finally able to call my phone.
A kind lady had found my phone on the street and was waiting for my call so she could return it. I was only able to reach her because of Saurabh's support that night. If it weren’t for him, my phone would have remained lost and unreachable in Mexico.
That phone meant a lot to me. it was the last one my father had bought for me.
His act of great customer service completely changed the narrative of my story. He turned what could have been a disaster vacation with a life time scar into something truly unforgettable and miraculous.

The experience i have had with voxi has been terrible i migrated from voxi to vodafone pay monthly voxi advisor helped with getting a contract with vodafone directly all was fine then then of my number moves from voxi over to vodafone pay monthly i then ask voxi for the refund for my plan through voxi webchat i was given attitude was why didnt ask for this when the account was active . i find voxi webchat serves no purpose what so ever. i have the webchat advisor all my personal information so he/she could set the pay monthly vodafone contract up . if voxi cant enter customers information correctly then they need retraining or dismissal. i could have been in trouble for this as my dob wasnt correct and made me older then i was. this could be classed as fraud if my details are not correct. but thanks to vodafone they have fixed voxi error in my dob but they shouldn’t have to. voxi has complete lack of empathy towards customers. i will not be coming back to voxi under any circumstances. this a joke to think they cant even get customer information right even when its written down for them
today 04/05/2026 i call vodafone pay monthly team they ask me for address and date of birth i gave my date of birth which turns out the year is wrong. so i told the advisor it was the advisor fault. so this was so unnecessary for vodafone to have to fix voxi’s error in my date of birth. it was wriiten plainly enough on voxi web chat by self and yet voxi still cant enter personal information correctly. customer service is terrible. when you are chatting on voxi web chat they dont respond or they are not paying attention to the web chat. i find it incredibly rude. it not fair to have vodafone fix voxi errors when it comes to entering customers personal information

Scammers and unreliable. This has to be the WORST experience with a mobile company in my lifetime. I have paid 3 times and have been charged 3 times for a European Pass, and nothing is working.
The first pass has worked as planned and after using it up I re bought another and it did not work… I tried again thinking it was a glitch and same…they just keep charging my money without adding my passes. I’m in Paris and have been unable to use internet for 2 days straight now. The customer service agents work on 2 braincells combined fighting in dual…I have to call my bank and report for Fraud

I was locked out of my account...my own fault as I needed to renew my password but the account was also registered to my old, defunct email address. I got onto the Voxi chat with Gautam who is the most brilliant service provider. Their calm handling of my stress and the way they talked me through the whole process meant we got to exactly where I needed to be with minimal fuss.
Gautam is a 5* customer service provider. I'm so grateful.

Voxi itself is great! I have been with them for 2 years and everything has been fine until an issue occurred with my monthly renewal and I had to speak to their customer service.
I dealt with their customer service today over messenger and it was like I was going round and round in circles. There was three different people replying to my message and none of them were reading the previous messages beforehand so felt like I was constantly repeating myself.
I felt like none of them were actually reading my issue or trying to understand me. Instead they were just copy and pasting answers from FAQs which had nothing to do with what I was saying.
Once it was clear that I was becoming frustrated, they then began trying to offer me some “great offers” they had on instead of actually trying to listen to me and resolve my problem.
After 8 hours of messaging back and forth my issue is still not resolved.

Avoid at all costs. Unable to get an agent on web chat to resolve login issues with account on website. Technicians unable to successfully update an account and port a phone number. Left without a usable number/account. Issue unresolved after two weeks. Incompetence in technical knowledge, ability and customer service is non existent. No case number or notes taken regarding an issue, so every time you have to restart the process of explains the issue. No viable method of contacting anyone. Chat can last over an hour or two and get no where. No accountability. Vodaphone stores cannot help as they state and direct you to for help. This is just a tactic to end the chat. Chat ends without warning when the agent cannot resolve an issue. This will receive a standard cut and paste response!
