Parts/mechanisms prone to breaking down
We've had our unit for just over 2 years now and found the product to be prone to breakdown. We had to replace the top unit just over a year after purchase, and because it was just past warranty date, we had to pay for it. To perform the DIY replacement is not as easy as one would expect, so we ended up had hiring a plumber. Now, just under a year after the replacement, another issue has come up. And I am back and forth with customer support with no acceptable resolution that does not involve spending more money. Quality needs a lot of improvement. If you're spending money anyway, go for the tried and tested brands - Kohler and Toto
