Unfortunately our voucher didn’t arrive in time in the post so Emma Mathias at JL/Voucher Expresse quickly resolved the issue and organised an e-voucher instead.

Cant fault the customer service here. I was having trouble redeeming my vouchers when on checkout as they exceeded the maximum spend. Thankfully I was put through to Christian Atkinson who went above & beyond to help process this, hassle free over the phone. Christian was great, friendly, engaging & got to understand the reasons behind my purchases. He even called me to confirm the order had been processed & made it a little sweater by adding a gift card because he knew one was for my partner at the time.

Christian was great & embodies what customer service is all about.

I will be using you guys again thanks to him

HERES WHAT HAPPENED, I ORDERED A GIFT GARDEN CARD FOR MY SISTERS BIRTHDAY, I WAITED A WEEK BUT I DID NOT ARRIVE SO ASKED FOR A REPLACEMENT. A FEW DAYS LATER THE ORIGINAL GARDEN VOUCHER ARRIVED WHICH I THEN HAD TO SEND BACK. ALL THOUGHOUT THE EXPERIENCE ALL THE STAFF AT NATIONAL GIFT VOUCHERS CARDEN CENTRE WERE MOST HELPFULL, I COULD NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH, EXCELLENT SERVICE

Great service from Susanne at Voucher Express. I live in South Africa and experienced difficulty in purchasing a voucher for delivery in the UK. Quick response to my initial enquiry, date and time set up for telephonic consultation. Problem resolved efficiently, and Susanne was sooo nice. Thank you!

I had ordered a voucher but noticed that I had mis-spelled my email address. I contacted the company who rectified the mistake within an hour. Excellent service.

When things go wrong its nice to be able to find somebody in the organisation that gets things resolved quickly. I want to thank Louise Brooks as she helped me get a refund for the cancelled ticketmaster Tutenkhamen exhibition in London due to Covid-19. I did try the usual channels to get the refund sorted but there was a breakdown somewhere between supplier and ticketmaster. Having sent an email asking for help Louise got involved and got things sorted. Without Lou I would still be going around in circles.

I incorrectly purchased two gift voucher. I emailed Voucher Express and they responded very promptly and cancelled one of them. Great response, very pleased.
