Very impressed by the service that I received from Neil. Reported an issue with a gift card gift given and he worked out the issue. Took a couple of days to be resolved, but he followed it up as promised and called me back twice to keep me informed and stayed on the phone to check that I had been able to complete the process. Very annoying system
Very annoying system. Had to re-enter card and pin multiple times and form doesn't allow their own number format with dashes. First time I tried to redeem it failed with error and had to start again. The redemption site has one job to do and does it badly.
And generally I think most people would rather get cash. Going through an annoying site is not a nice experience when getting a gift.
