Now more than Slightly confused
Slightly confused - no apparent reviews in Trustpilot and we have an email from them inviting us to provide the email address for relatives to whom we are giving a gift card for services at a respected hospitality and catering provider. Apparently to send them instructions to register the card, but the registration instructions are in the package with the card. I have no desire for the card agent to email my relatives telling them how to register the gift card that they have not yet got which would rather spoil the surprise when they receive it in a couple of weeks time at Christmas.
Very odd!
Now further confused at 7th Jan Vouchercart have responded to Trustpilot that they think I am reviewing the wrong domain. Well when I follow the email I was sent by Vouchercart on 13th dec it takes me to a link ending "vouchercart dot com/app/card/provideCardNumber" which tells me at the bottom of the page it is "Powered by VoucherCart" and has the correct logo. They are clearly the Gift Card service provider to Hotel du Vin and the link in Trustpilot to their website takes me to the same organisation as the link from their email.
Perhaps VoucherCart would like to respond to the actual issue and not suggest I am commenting on the wrong business.
And for Trustpilot attention also DO NOT use noreply emails if you are querying a review because the only way I can respond is to go back into the original review and edit it as here which is airing dirty washing for all parties.
Wake Up Trustpilot - if you send me an email telling me VoucherCart have responded then it would be helpful if you actually showed the response.... Why am I wasting my time with imbeciles?
And now in late march Vouchercart are trying to get Trustpilot to remove the review by asking daft questions. I emailed them in January and no response - I have emailed again - they should try communication!
Check your email sales@vouchercart dot com - I am communicating - you try it!
