Company Lost my Order, Lacking Customer Service
I placed an order for a frame with this company based on their shipping timeline of 5-7 business days because I needed the frame on that timeline. Not only has it been 23 days and no frame has arrived, but it also took me two separate attempts to get a response from customer service. 9 days ago I was told that they had lost my order and that they were sending a replacement frame and yet I have not even received a shipping notification yet. One star for lacking customer service and for never receiving a product I paid for. Update: I reached out again to customer service and requested a full refund due to never receiving my frame. I was told a refund is being issued and that an issue with inventory is being "investigated". If there is an issue with inventory, the company should be aware of this and take the time to inform me as the customer who has already paid money and has received no product and no update at all for weeks. It is NOT my responsibility to continue to waste my time trying to get information about an order that the company is not able to fulfill.

We are using Amazon's warehouse to fulfill our orders and unfortunately it seems there was a problem in their warehouse with this specific product, which we were not informed about by Amazon until you reported it. Waiting for 23 days is definitely unacceptable and we are very sorry about what happened to you. Like you say it's not your responsibility to keep track of all of this and we apologize about your wasted time. We have now issued a full refund and please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
Where are my frames?
I ordered three frames. I’ve only received one. I’ve had to contact Vossington twice and all I get is you’re looking into it. Send me the other two frames!

New metal frames aren’t as nice
Love the silver and gold frames I’ve previously purchased from Vossington (sleek and reflective), but I don’t love the new metal frames that are more textured and similar to others I’ve bought from Target. I think these might be cheaper than before, but I’d rather pay more for the nicer frames.
