I'm not into overpriced diamonds so chose moissanite for my engagement ring. Found a ring that was exactly the design I wanted, instructed fiance to purchase.

I made sure it was returnable in case the quality was poor. Although the site says "free returns" you can only exchange for another ring. That's very misleading!

We need to return because one of the side stones was completely lopsided. The ring was also slightly too big.

They now want us to spend £40 to send it to Australia?? It was posted from Sheffield in the UK where we are. This makes zero sense and is also VERY expensive.

The shipping info was a little confusing at first, but that was my fault. The shipping info was right there in my email, tracking my order. Vosali is a great and reputable company to work with. My kids ordered a 2 ct moissanite ring for me for my birthday! It’s absolutely beautiful! I can’t quit looking at it, it’s so sparkly and radiant, I love it! I can’t wait to order another ring! P.S. I don’t leave the house without my gorgeous ring. Thank you!!!

I return a ring to you folk I believe in January. I have the number which was give to me for returning it priority mail. I know that you received the ring back but never received a refund. I did everything right. I will never buy another ring from you as you are not reliable.

1st and foremost, this company is outstanding and understanding. My package was tampered with, and all I received was a gift bag inside a broken box. I notified a rep at Volasi, and in 10 business days, I received a replacement. People, when I put this ring next to my Tiffany 1.08ct VVS1 D, Omg, it sparkled just as bright, and you can not differentiate this stone unless you take it to a gemologist I have to say, It is the st round cut solitaire, and it looks beautiful with my 40-year-old Tiffany pave diamond wedding band. Stunning! Gorgeous. Thank you, Volasi❣️🤗❤️

I had a great experience, prompt customer service when I had a question. The ring is beautiful, it sparkles like crazy, it's totally white, I love the band and would totally buy this again. I was skeptical but could not be more happy.

If there is a hiccup with the order the Customer Service is prompt, pleasant and very helpful. The moissanite stones are very beautiful and indistinguishable from diamonds even under test - and yes I had mine tested and am very happy.

I ordered incorrect size, contacted customer services via email and received a quick response explaining how to return and to sort out exchange.

Love…love… my 2c Eterna Farfalla round cut moissanite! The sparkle is amazing, and it looks like a real diamond. I wish they had wedding bands to go with this beautiful ring. Why pay thousands of dollars for a diamond ring. Nobody can tell if it’s a real diamond - looks so real! I’ll be buying more rings from this amazing company!

My order of the Vosali Moissanite ring was delivered quickly and on receipt I was delighted with it - and still am. It sparkles better than any diamond i have seen and looks great on my hand. I do so love it. Hate taking it off when i have to put my hands into water but want to take great care of it. Just love it and so glad i bought it.

I took the ring to a jeweller and it tested out as a cubic zerconia not a moissanite ! This is fraud and I want my money back! The disappointment and violation of trust is extreme

Outstanding customer service, quick to respond, my original order the ring was to big in size, given a replacement free of charge and allowed to keep original ring, I have never experienced such excellent customer service, oh and yes rings are absolutely beautiful, will definatly buy from Vosali again and highly recommend.
