Customer Support

When my Vortex wand first arrived, I ran into a few unexpected issues and wasn’t sure what to do next. I decided to reach out to the customer support team, and I was genuinely impressed by how quickly they responded. Not only were they prompt, but they were also incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I had a replacement on the way to me in no time. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience—easily 10/10 customer service.

Faulty appliance

I purchased this product but after two days of use the comb attachment is not working. I have emailed the company but my emails are getting ignored. So Vortex if you are reading this please can you send me a replacement comb as at the moment the appliance is not fit for purpose. Thank you

You finally sent out a new comb which was also faulty.So I am still left with a product which doesn’t work. You told me to send you a video which I did and then proceeded to tell me that as I had contacted Paypal you were not going to help me unless I closed the case. I won’t close the case until you solve the problem. So either rectify the problem or let me return the item to you at your cost for a full refund!

I tried to return this product

I tried to return this product to the company and was informed I would need to send it to China at my own expense and would be expected to pay an 18% restocking fee. This information does not appear on their website where they promise a full refund. I urge anyone purchasing directly from this company to think twice.

Honestly wasn't expecting anything

Honestly wasn't expecting anything. But around week ten I spotted these tiny new hairs coming in along my hairline. You can only really see them in certain light but they're there. That was the moment i became a believer.

Customer Service Team was excellent!

I had an issue with my first wand -and the customer service team was excellent in getting me a replacement as soon as possible. I appreciate Clang and the support team very much. After working with some other customer service teams of other companies that were not helpful in the least, Vortex Hair Care and their response is 5 stars!!

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service.

The vortex we received was faulty but as soon as we got in touch with the team, they actioned a quick response and immediately replaced the faulty item.

We are enjoying using the vortex. Too early to tell on regrowth but my husband’s hair is looking healthier.

I’m amazed at how much my hair has grown, no falling out

I’m amazed at how much my hair has grown. My mom believes it mainly helps prevent hair loss, but mine is actually growing back too. I genuinely recommend this to everyone. It’s been such a blessing and a huge boost to my confidence. I had one small issue with delivery, and their customer service was truly exceptional—ten out of ten. Honestly, five stars all the way.

Return to China at your cost

They provide a 90 day return policy. However, nowhere in their policy do they mention the return country is China. They provide a partial return address and claim to be U.S. based. Your return shipping will cost you $100 plus an 18% restocking fee which leaves very little left in your pocket.

Do NOT allow your yearning for the return of your hair victimize you!! Caveat Emptor re Vortex Pro Wand!!!

Leonhardt, owner of Lionheart Ventures and owner of the Vortex Pro Wand co. could choose to be up front/honest w/its paying customers. They could choose to admit that their wands are drop shipped, and that they are a risk purchase (risk to ones bank account, and peace of mind, and to their health itself. In emailing their customer service, I received a response purporting that Clang understood, and would further assist, per my returning said wand. Yet, now, after having emailed them a couple of time, it's just CRICKETS NO response, silence. Though Clang had responded at first, that he understood, and therefore my return would be facilitated It's as if the further delay is deliberate. And this issue of paying customers being told they will have to return ship the items to China>> is RETURN OBSTRUCTION. The FTC enforces rules against deceptive return policies. My return window for their wand is FAST APPROACHING!!! Is the lack of response due to their being super busy, or just another tactic in making returns difficult hence return obstruction. I have their Vortex Pro Wand in its original case w the serum are in a shipping box,plus plenty of postage stamps. THe missing ingredient is lack of response from seller/promoter of the Vortex Pro Wand. Intrepid customers are savvy consumers, and they do note things such as the fact that electric wands are sold elsewheres and put up and drop shipped by other companies. Vortex wants you to believe that any other wand is a rip off & possible risk, because oooh, fake, All the wands are from Chinese makers and all the wands use electrodes of various shapes & configurations, filled with neon, and at times even Argon gas. Doesn't take much effort or cost to be sure to have a company name applied to the casing that holds the power source for the electrodes. Vortex is so dependent! Dependent on gullibility, desperation, yearning, and your willingness to empty our your pocketbook in your striving to find something resembling an answer or a cure for your thinning shedding hair!! I am sick and tired, and as a paying customer deserve the utmost of respect. Vortex is an epic fail in their lack of response, They want customers to give up, hence the practice of "RETURN OBSTRUCTION", (Memorize that phrase--because instructing a paying customer to actually literally return an item to CHINA?? UNFATHOMABLE!!!) I have THEIR wand in a shipping box, and plenty of stamps, they can have the wand back, I want a refund!!

I ordered the Vortex Pro Wand from this company on December 12, 2025. I am within the 90 day window espoused by the Vortex Pro Wand Co.

UPDATE: As of 3/31/2026 no response. ON a different note, this company has changed up its advertising campaign. It is still same thing, just a refreshed ad campaign, It is imperative that you realize this: Vortex Pro Wand aka Leanhardt Ventures insists that you return their hair wand, to CHINA!! It's point of origin!! In their shiny new advertising campaign, they still overlook on crucial piece of info----They still fail to inform prospective customers that in order for a customer to return the wand, they make it difficult and COSTLY for the customer to do so, because they want said customer to ship the wand back to CHINA*** .In countries such as Australia, this type of unfair practice in literally outlawed. If you are reading this, please, take to heart that this whole thing of hair loss, of thinning, of "dread shedding" has blossomed since the advent of injectables for diabetes and for weight loss. The market of consumers seeking and answers in wide open, therefore it's wide open to being preyed upon as well. IN regards to buying , do yourself a favor, do a deep info dive, and pause to investigate all of your current options, plus, those on the forthcoming horizon. THIS>> this is in their fine print under the heading of RETURNS: ***All returns must be sent to our international warehouse in Lihao Digital Industrial Park. The full address will be provided upon approval.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and verified by our fulfillment team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged comb attachment RESOLVED!

I received my Vortex wand and was excited to try it out immediately. I used the comb attachment, but it didn't seem to be working. I tested out a different attachment and it worked. I reached out to customer service via email and they responded within 24 hours. They asked me to send a brief video of the problem, and when they were able to validate it, they sent me a new comb attachment. Their customer service was a great, easy, and quick experience.

I've been using it almost daily and can't wait to see results!

Scam Avoid. Return to China at your expense

Unfortunately this is a scam. You will notice their Facebook page only has incredibly positive reviews, question why.
I asked to return the product on receipt as it was clearly poor quality. Their website promises a money back guarantee. Despite the company calling itself Vortex UK, no mention of China on the website, they insisted on return to China, and an 18 % restocking fee would be taken from my refund. A restocking fee is illegal in the UK for retail customers. I told them this, they said they didn’t want to debate the legality. How convenient. I have now requested a chargeback through my bank, they have disputed this. Please avoid.

Quick update, the device broke shortly after receipt, it tripped my electric when plugged in so presumably dangerous as well as not working.
I bought this item from the main Vortex website so it is certainly not a cheap copy. It is overpriced cheap rubbish. Save your money and buy minoxidil, the only proven treatment for hair loss.
