I was tricked into clicking some link on termination experts when I tried to cancel my ARAG insurance online. Funny enough, without my consent and without telling me anything they sent cancellation later to ARAG Netherlands. I live in Germany. I cancelled my ARAG insurance by contacting them directly.
Now TerminationExperts has been sending me invoice with interest to pay them money for cancellation letter they sent on my behalf. I never asked them. I never signed up to buy this service. This is so sad that such kind of businesses still exist and their primary business model is to trick people and force them to pay money.
Humble note to their CEO - get a life. Do something better!!!!!!!

I consider myself pretty savvy on the internet but got caught out by this company too.
Once I realised I was being charged I sent 2 cancellation emails within a hour which of course they ignored. Today I received shipment confirmation (yeah right!) Having read all the reviews on this company there is no way they’ll get any money from me, good luck trying.
I’ve sent them this email:
Hi
I sent 2 emails to you cancelling within an hour of asking for the subscription cancellation letter.
The reason I did this is because I, like many other people, was unaware that I was being charged. This was not displayed clearly, it was hidden in the terms & conditions. I am therefore dissolving any agreement with you.
I would request that you don’t bother invoicing me or sending threatening letters when I don’t pay, as I can assure you I won’t.
It’s clear from my research online that you have misled & upset many people & some people have paid you only to receive further demands for money. I am therefore not prepared to pay you & give you access to my bank details.
There have been many complaints to the police & Fraud Action UK who are telling people not to pay you as well.
Any further correspondence asking for money or threatening legal action will be put in my recycling bin where it belongs.

I have received another email from Termination Experts, now demanding £6.50 more, with a threat of an additional £10 if payment is not made by 28th August. These are unsolicited charges. I believe this company is operating as a scam and should be investigated and shut down.
It is concerning that their correspondence lists “Netherland” in what should be a British address, and their links to the “Pay Here” page and terms and conditions were initially non-functional. Interestingly, after I pointed this out, the links suddenly became functional in subsequent emails. If anything, I should be compensated for identifying these faults; however, they claim there is no agreement with me for any payment.
They do not have any reference number for the supposed cancellation they claim to have handled. Realistically, who would pay £32 for someone to draft a letter? That is an exorbitant amount. Had it been lower, I might have been tricked into paying it. Their actions clearly reflect greed and deceptive practices.
Furthermore, they continue to contact me after each review, attempting to convince me into changing my review to a positive one. Under the guise of compromise This is harassment.
Please note, I will be contacting the bank they are using as I’ve already done the relevant authorities such as action fraud.

This company is a SCAM, the process of cancelling through them does not specify that you will be paying for this service, and I managed to cancel directly with the company not long after applying. I emailed termination experts to tell them I no longer needed this service so the plenty of notice, but they proceeded to ignore my emails and are now sending me threatening and harassing letters and emails. When I specified with the company that termination experts was involved they said that they don’t use them and that they never received a letter. Absolute SCAM and will continue harassing you even after you’ve paid them (so please do not).

If there was no stars it would have been a better choice. This company is a scam. They claim to be able to write a letter to cancel a subscription for you. They claimed to have sent the letter and the subscription was cancelled. It wasn't. I cancelled the subscription through my bank. They now send threatening letters and keep adding more money to the bill. If you do get tricked into using this company DO NOT pay them. They are fraudsters preying on people and creating fear by threatening you. They have NO right to demand money at short notice. There is a Facebook page called 'scammed by termintation experts' dedicated to this company about how they harass people into paying. Use their banking information on the letter to find out what bank they use and report them to the bank.

They replied to me saying they was going to refund the money id paid them because of all the threats i was getting even tho apple tv has had no corispondance from them or ever heard of them. Beware this company is fraudulent
Beware this company is fraudulent! They will somehow get your details and bombard you with emails demanding money for a service you did not consent to use!! They then threaten debt collectors if you do not pay! Letters have been sent to my home address too despite incorrect post code . Occasionally they address me by my married name other times my maiden name. Complete breach of GDPR . They refuse to provide a contact number to speak to an advisor whilst continuing to send e mails/ letters demanding money. I will not be paying this alleged ‘company’ it does not even deserve one star.

Fraudulent scam – reported to Action Fraud ⚠️
Termination Experts present themselves as a subscription cancellation service, but in reality they charge £32+ for a simple letter you can send yourself for free. Many people don’t even realise they’ve “signed up” until a fraudulent invoice arrives.
From there, they pile on fake late fees and send threatening emails and letters demanding up to £50+. It’s intimidation designed to make you panic and pay.
I reported this to Action Fraud, who confirmed these invoices carry no legal weight and advised not to pay. Cancel subscriptions directly with your provider—it’s free and safe.
