We are not connected to the providers of the subscriptions, and we never act in cooperation with them.
Our service is completely optional. On our website, customers can also copy the termination letter for free and send it themselves. Many people prefer to let us handle it because of the convenience and the assurance of having a postal delivery receipt. Costs are always shown clearly in advance and must be actively accepted before an order is created.

TerminationExperts is not what they claim to be. My experience shows they operate in a highly misleading way:
• They insist customers have “agreed to their terms and conditions” but when asked for proof, they cannot provide any real evidence.
• Their communication is vague, evasive, and designed to confuse rather than help.
• They make themselves sound like they handle cancellations directly — but in reality, they send it to not excited address.
• Instead of providing a useful service, they only create frustration, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
In my opinion, this company is unreliable and manipulative. I strongly advise anyone considering them to avoid at all costs and deal with cancellations directly through your provider.

My son has been misled into using this service thinking he was cancelling a subscription. It's the first time he has had to do this as never has a subscription and realise he had started a subscription. Anyway, he filled in the form believing it was cancelling, not giving you permission to write a cancellation letter and charge over £30 for this......I could of typed a letter and printed for nothing!!! He has tried to email you to cancel this and had no reply,but instead a reminder letter asking for £38.50 and a further £10 if not paid in 2 weeks. He is in full time education and not earning any money. I have emailed and had no response!!!! Scammers......who have failed a teenager. Annoyingly, they have no phone number to be able to speak to someone.

PLEASE WARN Family/friends about this ”company”
This “company”says they will “terminate a contract” for you (I.e. the gym), but the problem is, they are so sly that you do not realise you are on their website when you are cancelling your membership. You think you are just clicking to cancel your gym/Cinema/club membership- but you are actually on their website . They then hound you with emails and letters saying that you owe them money. It’s awful. Please warn family members (especially older ones). It is very,very easy to fall
Into their trap and they will say “well YOU agreed to it”. It’s a bit like a supermarket worker adding stuff to your basket while you’re not looking and saying “well it’s in YOUR basket, you must pay for it”. They are duplicitous, sneaky, disingenuous, immoral and sly.
I have reported them to: trading standards, UK police, Dutch Police, IATA, NCSC & Martin Lewis. I will not pay them one red penny.

This company is an absolute Scam. I have proof that I have never used this service and are being hounded by letters saying I Owe money. I will not be paying any invoice and welcome further letters from this company for the attention of myself so I can forward them onto the police. Don’t respond by asking me to email anyone as I have already done that and had no response. This behaviour is disgusting and should be stopped.

I keep getting letter also from these saying they cancelled a subscription on my behalf but when I rang the company they said they have not received any letter for this company on my behalf and it was cancelled by myself by my phone which I just clicked unsubscribe..which I’ve asked them if they could email me this for my proof which they where happy to do so ..This company have been sending me letters and emails saying I owe them money I will definitely not be paying them a penny ..I have also contacted fraud team and reported this to the fraud police..I have been told not to pay them .And that they are under investigation as there’s been a lot of allegations made against this company not to reply to them also been advised to forward any letter on to fraud police as once you’ve reported them you get a crime reference number to upload any letter they send to you ..I hope these get stop .and so glad to see it’s not just me who’s fighting these scammers

Unfortunately I have paid them £38 today after receiving a threatening letter of further action if I didn't. This was for cancellation of Opodo subscription.....I now realise I have been scammed and will ignore anything else that comes in. I will be taking evidence to the police if I receive further requests for payment.

I was duped into buying an Ad bloker and then billed for termination. They sent a bill for £38 which i payed then for weeks later another bill for £42.
There was a threat of legal action if I didn't pay.
This company is unbelievable.
