New cards very disappointing

I loved my OLD partnership card. Transactions showed in my account immediately. Easy to pay and I always paid the full balance every month.. Since services were farmed out to another company my credit limit has been halved and transactions do not show in your account for several days. So when a transaction was recently declined because I had unwittingly reached my credit limit I complained. I simply received a letter saying that my complaint had not been upheld. No apology or anything. I think the new company is appalling and I am considering getting a cash back credit card from my bank instead. I would discourage anyone from using this type of card.

I was contacted by World Wide Vacations…

I was contacted by World Wide Vacations to purchase a vacation package. I had purchase a package prior to Covid and was unable to use the package I purchased. I purchased a package from them March 25, 2023. They said that they would send me an email confirmation and the ins and outs of the package. I had to call them back to get my email. When I opened the email, it had numerous additional charges. For instance, an additional charge of $349/person to stay at the Occidental in Nuevo Vallarta. the additional charge was never mentioned. World Wide Vacations is a rip-off. When I complained, they said the package was non refundable.

I need flight for March 2023. Went on booking .com direct flight £145 Ryan air . Same flight I have booked direct with Ryan air £18:99 Funchal Madeira Portugal to stansted airport. Booking .com over £120 more!

Professional courteous service…

Professional courteous service knowledgeable of body muscle groups great exercise routines and personal attention. When i began my therapy I was unable to walk.
therapist Michele was simply top Knoch she worked me
3 times a week with much vigorous exercise. over time improvement was made .Coordination was key to my recovery both Brian and Michele are a great team and truly helped masterfully in my recovery. They simply are the best . my wife also was under their care due to a full shoulder replacement. My wife is a pickleball player very competitive player. Michele helped my wife regain 90% of her shoulder range of movement. she was playing again after 5 months with good results. Thank you Michele Brain and Kisha. regards Roy, Jackie Gagliolo

Last night after a tretcherous journy from newburgh to st andrews on the 94 with a very nice lady driver then boarding the 95 at st andrews round the coast to get to leven arriving at midnight me and my young daughter in the pouring rain laiden with luggage saw a tavi parcked up at bridge st in leven fife' i had took the chance to ask if the driver could take us home but id only £2 on me for a 2min journey and he point blank refused resulting in us having to walk a mile in the pouring freezing rain' we were aproached by drunk youth and harrassed for money absalutly disgusting of the taxi driver' THANKYOU FOR F-ALL BOBS TAXIS BUCKHAVEN AND HAPPY NEW YR TO YOU

The customer service for Aldi is a…poor poor customer service

The customer service for Aldi is a disgrace I received the wrong item in the bag it was a Christmas present after ordering my item on the 12 dec today 28 th I’ve been refunded but not after 5 phones calls I manager call which they didn’t do and I manager call back today which the lady wasn’t interested never dealt which such bad customer service in my life I won’t ever shop or order online from Aldi again I’ve been treated really poorly pity they can’t sort there managers and customer service out instead of paying to be on tv wish I found out who the managing director or CEO of Aldi is i would let him know what poor poor customer service there customers are getting

Dont waste your time and money

Charged us £170 call out charged but said it was for the first hours work. The plumber was an idiot and the job he planned would not work according to the second plumber sent to do the job. They refused point blank to refund the money even though no work was done. Absolute cowboys, bont get these out.

What do I think of this provider…

I have decided to give an HONEST and TRUTHFUL review of the service provided by the WDYT support team. Right from the beginning, I experienced problems with obtaining my first gift card reward of $25 for completed surveys. In separate incidents, on 27/10/22 & 8/11/22 I put in a new claim for 2 gift cards ($20 & $10) and again, was presented with the usual computer-generated message stating: ‘Soon you will receive another email with your voucher (check your inbox now!), however having followed their instructions, ‘no voucher’ had reached my inbox or has done so since. And, on top of it all, records in my account display PAID, which is UNTRUE as I have not received any of the gift cards to date in my email.

My frustration with the WDYT support team is that when I contact them requesting an investigation into the matter of the missing gift cards, the computer-generated email responds with the message as seen below, and no written HUMAN response is ever received:

'Dear Member, thank you for reaching out to us. We have received your query and we are working on your request. We will strive to respond within minimum possible time, otherwise, you will hear from us no later than 24hrs. Thank you, Support Team WDYT
