very late delivery (2 wks after payment). Do not pickup the phone and also not react on questions. Only anser after the goods are delivered. At least I got what I ordered, but am dissatisfied with the service level
Only the speed of delivery can be improved, to compete with other web shops. Delivery within 24 hours is becoming the norm, but by far not reached.
