They advertise in parentheses that my order includes a FREE led light.
After receiving the order, it was not included. I called Voomi and spoke with Patrick and explained what happened. He looked it up on his end and said, yeah you're right, it's right there in parentheses.
Then he gave my a list of things to do to reply to an email that he had sent. He forward it to the catalog team and two days later he replied that the team said it was a mistake. He apologized and then offered a return.
Unfortunately, this is not a satisfactory solution. I would have expected for them to provide the $50 (retail) light or offered me a discount.
This company is using bait and switch tactics to sell their products and can not be trusted!

Returning Item
Before purchasing a Wifi thermostat, I had asked the agent if the one I am purchasing is comparable with the one that I have which has been discontinued. The agent told me it was and I placed the order. After receiving the item, it was not comparable, would not work. I called immediately to Voomi supply and stated that it was not compatible and I would pay for a return shipping but I would like the 20% restocking fee waived, "They Refused". I will never order from this company again. Future buyers be aware of this restocking fee which they would not discount or wave on a return item.

I’m very disappointed it’s a product…
I’m very disappointed with a product from this company. They denied my return stating that it is a lightbulb. It is a brand new item from their company. It is something that is installed into your AC unit to help clean the air. It does have a bulb in it but it’s not like I bought a bulb by itself. It cost close to $700 and they refuse to return it stating that: “At this time, the item falls under our non-returnable items policy. Certain products are not eligible for return, including special-order items, electronics and circuit boards, light bulbs, tools, electric duct heaters, or any items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.” I explained to him that the air conditioner company came to install this RGF REME-LED Air Purifier, 24V LED UV-C Light REME HALO For 250 To 6500 CFM Blower, goes up into the attic and tells me you already have one in your AC unit so I contacted the company and explained everything to them and then they told me they can’t return it because of the bulb I’ve never heard of a bulb costing $700. This is the whole apparatus not just the bulb. It’s brand new and within the return time frame. Now I’m stuck with something that I can’t even use that to me is very expensive!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
