Fabulous glasses! Perfect fit!
Love the frames, got lots of compliments when wearing them. Online shopping site is so easy to use, will definitely be buying off them again 😊

Input my prescription. Checked it over and over. Glasses took ages to arrive (from China not UK) and they are useless. Can’t see out of them at all. Contacted Vooglam who said I entered my prescription incorrectly for one lens - not true. And why can I not see out of the lens I apparently entered correctly in that case? Offered me 30% discount to keep useless glasses or to pay 70% for new pair. Not impressed. Want a full refund and have said as much. No point ordering more is they are useless!

I was made aware of Vooglam by a pop up ad which are normally annoying but I was impressed by a very unusual frame so decided to buy. Very easy to order and didn't take too long to arrive. I'm absolutely over the moon with them. They're even nicer than the photo. Great fit and quality. I sometimes wear contacts when I go out but love these so much I won't bother as much. I'm 70 next month but by no means an old lady so these trendy frames are just perfect for me. I received lots of compliments too on them. Will definitely be buying more.

This company is NOT a Uk company. Do not be fooled. They are based in China. I received the wrong glasses. They never asked for a copy of my
Prescription until I complained. I still don’t understand what I supposedly did wrong but they offered me a 30% refund as it’s too expensive for me to send them back. It takes for ever for them to reply to emails as they are on a different time zone. Avoid and use a UK company is my advice. I have two pairs of completely useless glasses and have to buy some more elsewhere.
I do not have an email offering me more solutions ?

Was sceptical about ordering varifocals but absolutely over the moon saved myself hundreds and more stylish than what's on offer in the UK l will definitely be ordering more

I ordered frame only, I took them to the opticians to get my varifocals fitted and I was advised that the frame was not sufficient for the lens I need. I have asked vooglam for a refund as they claim they offer refunds, however they don't really. They take 30% and offer you a coupon and offer you a frame a 70% and try to fob you off with offers. I don't want anymore dealings with them. They have standard script emails that they send and they don't actually take any notice of what you are saying. I would not recommend them to my worse enemy. Rip off merchants, they most probably won't publish this this review, but I will also post it on google.

I sent a photo of my prescription to ensure there were no errors. The glasses took 2 weeks to arrive and when they finally arrived the prescription was wrong. I tried to email the company and received no response.
Extremely disappointed and feel let down.

Glasses are fab however I paid £15 for express delivery (7-10 days) and it took 17 days to reach me. Very difficult to sort out as I was passed between Vooglam and FedEx and couldn’t speak to a person at any stage. Disappointing service.

I wear varifocals and have had disasters in the past. Just received my 2nd order from Vooglam, the alignment is perfect as was the first pair. They have some amazing styles, (and if I'm being honest some bizarre ones) to choose from. Having being told I'm not suitable for laser eye surgery I decided to go all out and get some really different looks and I have not been disappointed. Takes less than 2 weeks from order to face. Love love love this company.

The glasses are lovely but the reasons for 3 stars - I decided to see what the varifocals wud be like. The lenses work ok but they are more like bifocals where there is a definite hard line where the reading lense starts, which is a bit off putting and because the glasses are so big the reading lense just looks a bit strange with this hard line.
However the quality and the packaging was great and next time I am going order two separate pairs of the glasses one for reading and one for distance.

My order has just arrived and oh my word, I am so impressed. The process was so easy from start to finish. the quality of my glasses is outstanding. I will definitely be using Vooglam again.

Beautiful and satisfying

The frames are brilliant quality and I love them. Unfortunately the lenses are no good. Can’t see a thing through them, which is crap as I’ve just broke my other pair

The prescription is wrong I’m getting headaches wearing the glasses and there’s no way of returning the items, took way too long to arrive and the price is extortionate

Perfect for now, visibility is good, quality is also good.
