Fast,easy style is better than optometrist office

I just Love! Love! Love my new peeps!

Having never heard of this company, I was reluctant to order, but I was pleasantly surprised! Ordering was fun and easy. Shipping took a couple of weeks, but they kept me confident with regular updates on tracking. The prescription is perfect, even with progressive lenses and add-ons like anti-reflective and blue blocker. And of course, it would be hard to beat the price! Everybody asks me where I got my new specs. I say Vooglam, baby!

Terrible quality!!! These are really cheaply made, with flimsy arms, that will clearly break after a few wears. They look really cheap. When attempting to return for a refund, they give a postal address of China (even though they were shipped from within the UK), which will cost a lot to return. When I complained, I was only offered a €10 voucher. Why on earth would I want to get another pair or poor quality glasses?! DO NOT BUY. SCAM COMPANY.

On Oct 1 I ordered lenses to be put into the glass I bought a year ago. was told $203 which i paid. Then they said they were giving me a new pair of glasses with the lenses and it was $210. So I paid that thinking they did not put the previous order in. I called about this and they could not see me paying $203 and $210 which is clearly on my DISCOVER CARD. Then I got the glasses finally and I can not see through them. I went to Pearle Vision and spoke to Mike and asked if he could tell me if it was the glasses or not. He looked at them. then put them on me and said that I would never be able to read out of them. They are progressive. I said I sent the script to Vooglam. So not only being billed 2 times ( love the lenses ) but can not see out of them. I would have had my doctors office put the lens in but they could not like they did the green round glasses I had done the last 2 yrs. These are the black rhinestone glasses.

You don't have to wait long to get them and it's easy to figure out what you need to do you do a good job thank you

I love my glasses, the color, the style and how they look on me . I can see perfectly and I will be buying more glasses. They're a perfect fit. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Been waiting since the 12 of October no glasses. Everyone I talk gave me a different story. Now I have to contact my lawyer and the BBB again. Not my first time but now will be my last. I get so many compliments guess not anymore. Got 4-5 different recordings of lies of my ETA on delivery. Thanks for messing up a good thing for me. Even wanted to be an ambassador as teacher. Just a great disappointment

Lost package and all Vooglam communicated with me, resolved the issue and my glasses are awesome!!!

They look great. I have not worn them yet but someone what I got them today. I did put them on to see what I look like and I love my different look thank you so much.

My RX was processed incorrectly. The lens are thick as pop bottles.I also paid for business express (4-8) days, but received them 15 days later.
Very disappointing.

So easy to order and pay. The glasses arrived swiftly, exactly as ordered, and look fabulous. Loving the fact they react to light conditions too. Really pleased, and fabulous value

Took over a month and a half. Excuses: not our fault. Compensation-10% next purchase. I will stick with lensmart and zeelool.
