I ordered these Elis glasses and…

I ordered these Elis glasses and overall I’m really happy with them. They look great and feel comfortable, though the fit needed a small adjustment.

Glass frames flimsy, poor return policy

Glass frames seem flimsy and it took forever to get the order. Had to get the glasses remade because the prescription was wrong. Now, the customer service won’t accept any returns. I strongly advise against using this company. They aren’t interested in satisfying their customers.

The quality materials is superb

The quality materials are superb! I'm very impressed with the modern design, but most importantly Vooglam glasses made my life a little easier. I suffer from photophobia and I need to use glasses with prescription. Vooglam gave me the gift of sight, glasses with prescription, and I'm very grateful for it.

Really disappointed

Really disappointed, I never received my order , emailed them a few times & no one got back to me, they said I should have received my order on 2 dec but not received anything. Not good company ethics on getting back to me, I want a refund

Poor Delivery

The third party delivery service(UniUni) was exceptionally poor. It was delivered to the wrong address, as well as it was carelessly thrown from the van!

Undecided at this time

I just wrote a lengthy rating of my products on your Facebook page. I purchased and received two pairs today. Both eyeglass frames were as described, and I really am pleased with them. Both right temples/arms were crooked as though someone had trouble adjusting the spring hinges.

The problem is that although my sunglasses seem to have improved vision, I am having trouble seeing out of my distance vision pair. As soon as I can get in to see my optometrist, I will have her check/double check everything and we will go from there. I will keep in contact with you and update you on my progress. I was very uncertain as to ordering…

I was very uncertain as to ordering these, as money is tight for all these days. I am so glad I did. Wow they are perfect, fit well, and are strong and sturdy. My only gripe is I wish there had been metal nose pieces, as I had to purchase stick on nose pads. This however, does not detract on how glam they look and are. Defiantly will order more. This is a genuine post not AI or a robot. I have given a 100% review.
