Wow, i can’t believe how good the glasses came out!

Glasses came in broken missing a part.
One the piercings came in not attached with a ball missing. Very disappointed considering the price.

I love these glasses.
Cheaper than from my normal optician and exactly the prescription I asked for.

Great choice of frames, very on trend, I like different. Great packaging and case. Great delivery time, plus I like to use the vouchers. Good value for money, not the cheapest online, but good quality. Site is easy to use, with a wide choice.

Order took longer than 7-12 days and tracking info wasn’t available until a few days before it was delivered. Quality looks and feels extra cheap. I’ve purchased low cost frames online before and they have never felt this cheap. Almost feels like I got them from the dollar store.

Glasses are quite flimsy for the price, and they don’t cover returns. Would recommend websites like Firmoo above Vooglam.

Love love love my new glasses and sun glasses and the price was almost half of a quote I got at a brick and mortar for just one pr of lenses with my existing frame. SCORE!!! And I received them in 10 days!!! Thank you Vooglam!!!

This is my fourth time buying from this retailer. All of my frames have been admired by a lot of people. They do stunning and unique frames.

Excellent quality frames. Surprised by the quality, actually. Nailed the prescription with the lenses. Will buy again from this store.

Glasses never arrived due to a courier fault, their insurance partner Seel keeps rejecting/delaying my claim despite providing evidence repeatedly. Vooglam are refusing to refund me despite knowledge and acceptance of the delivery not reaching me. Have been experiencing impaired vision without the correct prescription waiting a month for refund so I can get new glasses. Avoid if you value being able to see - abysmal customer service.

EDITED: In response to their reply this is, I believe, the third time I've been asked to "wait two days" after already a month of trying to resolve this.

The glasses arrived fine, but nowhere on the website does it say that they are dropshipped from China. The arms of the glasses are thick and can't be molded to the shape of my ear. But mainly I am leaving a negative review because they pretend to have customer reviews on their website, yet every single one is 5 stars. That's deceptive.

Very cheap glasses for price of glasses. Prices have doubled and more in last year and cheaper made in last year.

I am 💯 thrilled with my glasses from Vooglam. After years of spending upwards of $350 to $400 for a pair of glasses at a vision center, I got a complete pair of glasses for $99! The quality is just a good and in fact, compared to my last experience, my Vooglam glasses far exceed the ones I got from a Nationwide vision center. I highly recommend Vooglam. In fact, My husband and my dad followed and got their glasses from them as well. Both are extremely happy with their glasses as well.
