It was the first time I used Volubus and it has been perfect!
I travel around Europe with students several times a year. This could well present challenges with finding good bus companies for transfers and company visits.
Volubus will be my regular business partner in the future.

When searching for a private transfer for 27 persons in a foreign country I choose considering the credibility of the service provider or website, but also price.
Volubus had a great rating on trustpilot and a user friendly site, and also a top costumer service. A particular thank you note for Gabriela Czechura with whom I had only positive and professional email interactions.
For my ski transfers we had a midi coach buses in very good conditions, with excellent drivers, both Jose and Jordan were very calm and steady in very difficult conditions - There was snow and ice on the road arriving and departing the ski resort.
Here also a very positive review on Jordan attitude. Our flight got delayed for 8 hours and our driver remained on duty and waited for us which probably meant that he only arrived home around 4 am. Great effort and truly appreciated.
Also before each transfer I received a whatsapp message with name and phone number of the driver, and also for a 24/7 support line.
All and all I can say nothing but good things about Volubus

Volubus cancelled my wedding transportation in madrid that we had agreed months ago "for unforeseen circumstances". We had paid a 25% deposit

EDIT: After cancelling the management team reached out and tried to find a solution. I am still not pleased about the cancellation which caused stress - but at least they tried to find a solution.

Volubus helped me with buses for our family trip in Ireland for three days. A pleasant and eventful trip for 17 people aged 6 months to 82 years with special requests such as a car seat for the baby and a tough timetable to keep. Everything went smoothly, and the buses were comfortable and punctual all three days.

I used Volubus twice while in Europe. We traveled as a group of 20 and required a bus to take us from our hotel in London, to Southampton. That service was impeccable, London traffic is not! The second time we used Volubus was in Copenhagen, when we required transportation for a group of 20 to our hotel. That service was impressive! As a travel agent, and a traveling man, I highly recommend Volubus for your travel needs in Europe. Matt and all the others I corresponded with are great people and answered my inquiries in a timely manner. Kudos Volubus!

After a shaky start when our first booking was cancelled because of availability issues. Volubus managed to find us another coach very quickly. We travelled from Benidorm to Pinatar Arena in Murcia to watch a football match. The coach was on time, very clean and the driver was very friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend Volubus to people and we will be using them again next year.

Excellent service, prompt and efficient for both transport to destination and back to the airport for our return journey.

Very pleasant trip, clean bus, kind driver!

I only provided my details because the website said it would give me an immediate quote. Very disappointed to then see a pop up saying i'd hear back within 1 working day.
Not happy that I provided personal information under false pretences

Edit: it actually took them 6 days to provide me with a quote, not 1 day as they stated. And the quote was €100 more than quotes I've received from other companies

School group to Belgium and France. The driver was extremely helpful and engaged with the group. Even tho we couldn't understand each other very well we had endless conversations via google translate. He even high fived the boys in the mornings and also took an interest in the sites we visited.

The best company I have had the pleasure of traveling with! Everything was buttoned up to the last button without any delays, as well as very good customer service.

We had three journeys with Volubus over a long weekend away. What a fab service. Our driver couldn't do enough, what a nice guy. Punctual and professional. Will be using again

When it was nearly impossible to find a bus a day prior to our flight from London Gatwcik volubus did it. Just we confirmed everything Mat figured out something is wrong with our booking maybe it was my mistake but he solved the problems and fixed everything. The service was great too.

Fantastic coach transfer. Punctual, clean and comfortable. Both the journeys to our destination and back into the city the following day were smooth and on time. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Volubus again.
