DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP, VOLTMASTER DOES NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT AFTER PAYMENT!! I submitted proof of payment to Voltmaster but nothing happened. Voltmaster does not answer the phone (voicemail!) and also does not respond to e-mails. Now I am fed up with the situation and have filed a report of fraud with the Bayerischen Polizei. These people should be put in jail.
Item not received. Tracking says waiting for packet. No answer to email
On the 21st of September I ordered a Multiplex Power Peak E1 (as stated on the invoice). It was shipped and when we unpacked it, it turned out to be a Robbe Power Peak and worse - it was "dead on arrival".
After talking to Voltmaster I was assured it was a Multiplex product and I was told to return the charger.
It was returned to Voltmaster and have been there ever since (it is now December 19th).
I have asked for a status a couple of times - the last time I got this reply: "the manufacturer Robbe no longer exists unfortunately. Therefore, we must look for another service."
So the charger I was invoiced as a Multiplex charger is now after all a Robbe changer and not as stated on the invoice, a charger from Multiplex.
I have asked Voltmaster to sort it out by shipping a new Multiplex charger as stated on the invoice but I no longer get any replies...
Voltmaster have committed fraud and it appears they really don't care...
