The company is deceiving customers

The company is deceiving customers! VOLT is selling returned, burned-out light fixtures as new products. They're re-sticking the UL certification stickers! The light fixtures show significant signs of wear! No one will refund you for installation and removal of defective products. We've ordered three times, and it's always the same! Be careful. These light fixtures are not UL certified.

Well done Volt Lighting!

We bought landscape lighting and while it was pricy we don't mind paying for quality, which these fixtures are. Furthermore, the customer service aspect is amazing. They actually answer the phone! When anything what-so-ever is wrong (light bulb out, fixture broke) they just replace it for free and quickly. Do recommend.

Bad return/exchange experience

The quality has been good overall. When I have had issues, it is extremely frustrating that I have to ship back the defective fixture before they will send out a new one. As a customer, it is frustrating to have to find suitable packaging and wait weeks to get a defective product fixed.

Had a very bad experience with customer…

Had a very bad experience with customer service rep today. I have spend well over $2300 on their products from Costco. I have called in for 7 warranty defective led bulbs. they want me to sent in defective ones and then they will determine if its bad before they will send out the new ones. That means I will have to do the job twice! The rep was not helpful and wasn't friendly. why can they hold on to my credit card info and charge me if I dont return the defective bulbs...As a consumer/normal residential owner, i just want to replace the bulbs as i removed the defective bulbs.

They backordered the solar spotlight I…

They backordered the solar spotlight I ordered which took 6 months to receive and I would have been happy but they sent a lesser quality item for the same price and to add injury to insult once I mounted it, well it does not work!!!!
