Very professional survey and installation. Offered different options on how to route the cable from the fusebox to the charger avoiding ugly external and internal visible cabling. Would 100% recommend.

Overall a very positive experience with Voltix. They offer a good range of chargers and are located in central Scotland, accessible to other areas, which was great for me.
The replies to emails were very quick. Clear instructions for each step, maybe a bit too the point at times.
The installer electrician turned up on time and was very well prepared. He had a suggestion where to best place the charger, which was exactly as we intended. He did a very neat job, no mess from drilling through a stone wall, nice and quick. Definitely left a sense of confidence.

They arrived on time did an excellent job and the engineer was polite and explained how to operate the EV Charger and advised us what to do if we had any problems.

I researched options and decided to go with Voltix and I received a very professional supportive service that exceeded my expectations.
The exchanges were quick, providing a video to show the locations which really streamlined the install time and the quoted estimate was spot on.
The charger was fitted to minimise the exposure of the wires rather than simply put in as quickly as possible. The combination of this and the ideal charger for our circumstances is worthy of 6 stars.
