I gave a one-star because I didn't have…

I gave a one-star because I didn't have the option to choose no star. I guess the one star fits the beautiful responses I received, but no action for a simple lock knob replacement. They wanted a picture of the knob, after I provided proof of purchase, purchased warranty and provided the model number of my CSB001-200. Over two months of run-around. Good it wasn't an essential part. They wouldn't send me a parts order form either.
