When an item can’t be fulfilled, refunds are issued immediately from our side, but depending on the payment method and bank, they can take several working days to appear. That said, you should always receive clear communication, and I’m sorry if your emails weren’t responded to as promptly as they should have been.
Please contact us directly (or reply to the latest email from us) and I will personally make sure the refund status is checked and fully resolved for you as quickly as possible.

Ordered an Lgb starter set last week. Delivered 4 days later. All good so decided to order a few other bits Sunday. Got email today stating stock supply issue so cancelled pending refund.
