Written by the company

VoltageGPU is a confidential AI infrastructure provider, founded and run in France. We rent GPUs inside Intel TDX trust domains. On our Confidential VMs, memory is encrypted by the CPU and isolated from the host, and you can generate the Intel TDX quote and the NVIDIA GPU attestation yourself, on your own nonce, to check what you are running on instead of taking our word for it. GPU attestation has been verified on single-GPU H100, H200 and RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell VMs, and on all eight GPUs of the 8x H100 node (the NVSwitch fabric itself is not attestable). What we offer: - Confidential VMs (Intel TDX and NVIDIA attestation) for AI workloads on data you cannot expose. - A confidential inference API, OpenAI-compatible, for open-source models running in trusted execution environments. - Standard GPUs, without an enclave, at our lowest price, for public data and experiments. Billing is per second from a prepaid balance, with no commitment. Every machine can be launched from the dashboard or through our API, with root SSH access. Our customers are developers and small infrastructure teams building AI products for clients who trust them with their data. If something does not work, write to contact@voltagegpu.com: the founder reads and answers every message.

The on-demand confidential-computing H100 I couldn't get anywhere else

We needed an H100 with confidential computing actually switched on (Intel TDX + GPU CC mode) to test hardware attestation. The large clouds either didn't offer it on demand or wanted quota requests and long waits. VoltageGPU had one running within minutes, and nvidia-smi conf-compute showed CC on from the start. NVIDIA's remote attestation service verified the GPU on the first try.
Pricing was clear at $6.95/hr, SSH access was simple, and the machine held up through runs of six hours or more without problems. For a small team doing security work, it was the only practical option we found.
One tip for others: copy your results off the pod as you go. One of our pods was stopped while it sat idle and we lost that run's output, so we now sync to a local machine every 10 minutes. Clearer warnings before an idle pod is stopped would make it even better.
Recommended for anyone who needs real confidential-computing GPUs without an enterprise contract.

Thank you for this detailed review, and for testing attestation end to end with us. About the stopped pod: we never stop a machine for being idle. A machine stops when the account balance reaches zero, and on a Confidential VM that also wipes its disk. In your case the auto-recharge had reached its daily limit, so the top-up that would have kept it running never came. We email one hour and fifteen minutes before a stop, but late in the evening that is easy to miss. You can raise the daily limit in Billing, and I am working on a warning that comes as soon as the last automatic top-up of the day goes through. Your sync-every-10-minutes habit is the right one for any VM.

I ran Confidential VMs on VoltageGPU

I ran Confidential VMs on VoltageGPU, RTX PRO 6000 and H100. When ten of my launches failed overnight, Julien found it before I did, told me it was their provider's change, not my side, and none of the attempts were charged. He credited an hour of RTX PRO 6000 to my balance and added launch-refusal alerts so it won't sit unnoticed again. When I asked whether their dashboard or API exposes the VM's SSH host key, he tested it on a live h100-small and told me straight: no, it doesn't, and the TDX quote proves a genuine VM on their image, not your VM. That's the kind of honesty you don't get from most providers. Five stars.

Thank you, Abraham. Catching that overnight failure was our job, not yours, and you pushed exactly where it matters: what the attestation proves and what it does not. We still owe you our provider's answer on binding the SSH host key to the workload, and you will have it as soon as they reply. Julien, founder of VoltageGPU

We used VoltageGPU’s H100 Confidential…

We used VoltageGPU’s H100 Confidential VM to run energy-measurement and attestation experiments on GPUs with confidential computing.

What worked well:

A genuine Intel TDX VM with NVIDIA confidential computing on the H100. We verified the TDX quote and the GPU attestation ourselves, and NVML power telemetry works inside the enclave.
Hourly pricing and EU location, which suit short, repeatable experiments.
Support stands out. When we hit a vLLM failure under confidential computing, Julien wrote his own CUDA probe, ran a non-confidential control and helped pin down the root cause. That is rare at any provider.
What could be better:

Powering off a VM doesn’t stop billing; you need to release it in the dashboard. Worth making that more obvious.
Host security patch level is something to check yourself if your policy requires the latest Intel TCB baseline. VoltageGPU was transparent about it and raised it with their provider.
Overall: a serious option for confidential GPU work, run by people who care about getting it right.

Thank you, Nelson. You are right on your first point: powering off a VM stops the machine, not the rental. A running VM now says so at the top of its page, with the Release button next to it, and releasing from the dashboard or the API returns the unused part of the prepaid hour. Thank you also for the fair note on the host patch level.

Very good neocloud

Very good neocloud, positive interactions with the host and good access to TDX and Nvidia CC.

Thank you, Sarah. You were one of our first Confidential Compute users, and your feedback on tenant attestation and on how hard it was to get from the home page to the GPUs shaped what we built since. Confidential VMs now let you generate the TDX quote and the NVIDIA attestation yourself, and a more direct path to the GPUs is on its way. Julien, founder of VoltageGPU
