They are back on track with amazing support and are far ahead of any other competitor.

We have been using Volopay for our Indian subsidiary for almost a year.

So far our experience has been great, the product works well and the team is very attentive. The best is they take clients feedback and implement it in a very short time. Have to say the quickest I have experienced.

Scammers. After we transferred dozens of millions of rupiah the card doesn't work and they don't reply our messages and don't help to get the money back.

The new update is full of bugs, search dont work for supplier, date range. Even chat icon doesnt work unless I refresh the page each time. The proposed solution each time is to logout and clear cache and cookies, which still results in same issue. The accounting date feature does not work, if u set accounting date in current month, as long as the initial document raised is prior month it will still post into prior month of your accounting books becareful of that. The whole new update is very buggy and have to resort to manual scrolling constant refresh etc. Cant even sync expenses because they keep saying vendor archived although that is not true, i have an active contact with the name both in Volopay and my Xero accounting system. Seems like a never ending issue. Can consider other platform at this rate, work time is now twice as long cause of all this bugs with the high volume, very dissapointing.

A very beautiful intuitive, and easy to adapt interface for business cards, expenses, and receipts management. Even reduces the time to onboard new users to the volopay platform. Has made our global expense management easy and seamless.

Solution for Employee Transportations Companies for Manage Fuel Expense , keeping Track record , Earlier we are sending money to driver partner daily by phone and google pay , and daily user limit is 20 user per day , Our fleet size is 100+ so always needs to send money form 5 different account , Its quite difficult to manage track record and its taking time for manage .

Volopay staff are extremely helpful and always resolve any issues.

We even have a WhatsApp group to converse at any time.

Volopay is consistently upgrading the user experience on their app. The recent change brought about new features that were previously available only on web. But with the change, uploading receipts & updating reimbursement details are much easier and simpler 🙌🏻
