Volopa net balance along with receipts display
Volopa relies on the exact base currency amounts being transferred to support the the different currency payment required.
It would be useful to have a visibility on the portal of receipts deposited and an net account balance in each currency transacted along with the payments. It would then show if incorrect receipts have been processed and if there are balances within Volopa.

Very quick setup
Very quick setup, I needed to make a business payment within 48 hours, account was setup the next day and payments where received by my supplier within the 2 day window I had to avoid extra fees. 5 star service strongly recommend.

Great FX payment provider
We've worked with AMEX, Wise, Payoneer, Currencies Direct and a few other FX providers in the past and are now very happy with Volopa. Easy to use platform, quick help and friendly assistance from Jonathan if we ever need him and competitive rates.
Payments are sent very quickly, our suppliers are happy with the speed in which they receive payments.

Great International Payments Service
I have been using Volopa for my businesses overseas payments. Happy with the system easy to use with live rates of exchange, which are better rates than my last provider. My account manager Tom was very helpful with setting up the account and getting my payees uploaded ready to pay when I signed in first time.

Great platform for international payments and exceptional service
I’ve been working with Tom for my business international payments for many years now. Him having recently made the switch to Volopa, I followed and very happy I did. The setup was quick and the platform is incredibly easy to use. My first business international payment settled same day and have been using the FX platform for about a month now. I couldn’t recommend more highly!

I was approached by Vishal Bhadresa of Volopa to convince me to go through a demo of their FX platform and their Prepaid spending cards. I am glad I didn’t turn it down (like I normally do!!). Volopa’s FX platform is very easy to use and I am hoping to introduce the spending cards very soon as well! Vishal has been great since I joined them and has taken the time to address any issues I have had. Appalling customer service from a company of SPAM-Artistes...
This company, in particular their sales team have chosen to deliberately SPAM our company over the last four weeks sending completely unsolicited emails. These emails are personally addressed and make us feel pressured to reply, although we have never heard of this company, we actually feel violated, that they have compromised our data security.
They insist on sending us overly familiar emails referring to the content from the previous completely unsolicited email!
Calling their office this morning, they claims to have bought our details/information from a GDPR compliant company called Apollo, whom we have also, never heard of!
In my opinion, this is definitely a company to avoid if there method of promotion in 2023 is SPAM!
