Terrible Experience – Avoid This Company

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I placed an order on December 25, 2024, and despite waiting for weeks, my order was never delivered. Today we have the 6th of February 2025!

Their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, constantly giving vague excuses and failing to provide any real solutions.

I requested a full refund, which I am legally entitled to under consumer protection laws, but they continue to ignore my request. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable.

If you value your time and money, stay away from this company. I will be reporting them to the appropriate authorities for their lack of professionalism and failure to comply with consumer rights.

Customer Service is appalling.
