I have never received my goods. Ordered them the first week of November. Currently it is April.
I have contacted them through Instagram, email, contact form and WhatsApp. I got one reply that the person of the store would investigate. Never got a reply afterwards.

No reaction on emails or social media Channels.
Goods are not delivered.
Worst service ever

Bought a replacement Shiftknob, didnt arrive for 2 months the package i received wasnt even complete contacted support like 5 times no answer needed to get my money back by VISA Service. DONT BUY HERE

quality of the steering wheel feels good. When putting together the steering wheel I opted for a Galaxy display and a TCR logo, according to them this was no problem. When the steering wheel arrived it had a GTI logo and a standard LED display, they changed this without consulting me. Service has been saying for 5 months that they would send the logo and possibly a small amount as compensation. 5 months later and they don't even respond anymore. really terrible service, they also blocked my number and on Instagram. previous reviews have been deleted

I bought the front and rear emblems for the Touran 5T (16-21). After I didn't receive any order confirmation or anything similar, I tried to make contact via WhatsApp, email, and Instagram, which was very difficult. Someone did answer on Instagram at some point, but that was only a one-time pleasure. After the emblems arrived, I tried to fit them straight away, but I noticed that the diameter of the front emblem was about 2mm too big, so that only the upper adhesive strip could hold and the front assist only worked sporadically, the vehicle in front was often not recognized!!!! The shape of the rear emblem (in the upper area) didn't fit. I can't recommend the company, you're throwing your money in the trash.

A really bad product! I waited for 1,5 months and received 2 broken led bars with some wires and definitely not a plug and play kit. I send a mail and a message to their instagram and I didn’t get a reaction.

Worst experience ever , I bought a spoiler back in December but didn’t install it right away. Now that I checked the parts for the spoiler , I saw the screws were missing and got back to them to let them know. They told me they were gonna send it but I didn’t receive anything and when I tried to contact them again , they just ghosted me.. for screws. Very Unprofessional, NEVER BUY FROM THEM !!!
