Faulty products

I was not content, i received two oils of the same kind when i had ordered another one that i didn't get. Sleep mist was all empty because it had leaked all over the package during transit.

Update in march 2024: Customer service followed up very well and sent me the oils that were missing from my package. A new sleep mist was sent to me aswell that was leaky like the first one but I was reimbursed. All in all I am happy with the service I got. Thank you.

Super unprofessional

Super unprofessional! Nobody replied from customer service and I am still waiting the products.

More than a smell

I’ve always loved a nice smelling home. With Volant diffuser and their oils I get a sence of wellnes as well. No longer a ”chemical” smell - it’s natural! Love my diffuser, it’s a ten out of ten!

Leaky diffuser

I bought a reed diffuser early Nov. (That I loved)
It arrived very quickly via Royal Mail.
After two months it ceased to work, and was leaking from the light on/switch. I’ve emailed them with this issue. And I’ve had no response. Disappointed customer to a very happy one! I’m happy to now say the company have gone out of their way to ‘make good’ the situation. Communications has been excellent, and eventually we now have a diffuser that works a treat! We are really happy with it. Thanks for your understanding.

I received my item where the product…

I received my item where the product was broken, in addition the package was completely wet. Have been trying to get in touch with Volantaroma, but without success.

Quality products but unhappy with customer experience

Update: The diffuser arrived today, and despite the earlier unpleasant encounter, I must acknowledge that it is aesthetically very pretty and well-crafted. Additionally, the supplied oils are among the best I've ever experienced.

Very delayed order fulfillment of 2 weeks. Slow and unprofessional customer response.

You are a growing business, and you should expect more sales during the holiday season and can predict staff shortages, you are still advertising pretty heavily but you need to give customers what they are paid for. No warnings about the delays on your website or Instagram.

The experience completely spoiled the original impression of Volant.

Delivery took a long time

Delivery took a long time , got a 10ml X-mas blend instead of 15ml (paid for the 15 ml!) mailed Volant about this but after 10 days still no response. Very bad service and communication.
The oils themselves are ver good 👍🏻

I can see that you originally contacted us during our time off over Christmas and New Year which led to our response time being slower than usual. I do apologize that this caused our response time to be slower than usual, I can understand the frustration that happens when you don't get a reply to your inquiries.

I can see that the two of us came to a solution regarding the oil: A full refund, and you got to keep the oil :) I also apologise for any misunderstanding from our end regarding the size of the product -- this was of course a total oversight from our end.

I appreciate the quick and friendly feedback.
Recently three of five diffusers did not work anymore. I was asked to explain the problem and to send pictures. As the problem could not be solved, I received three brand new diffusers free of charge. As I did not expect such a „treatment“ I was very impressed and thankful. Therefore I would like to highly recommend this company.
