Fast efficient service. Got an appointment much quicker than expected. Email and phone support both good and responsive.

As always first contact with head office was friendly and helpful.
Appointment made to suit us, engineer rang when on route and again friendly knowledgeable and professional, took time to explain things which was a bonus

I was referred to Vokera by my gas installer that couldn't fix my boiler, From the initial call from Margaret to the engineer Niall that fixed my issue in no time, both were friendly and professional. I'll be recommending the company to everybody.

We were very lucky. There was a cancellation and we were fitted in. Phil did a great job and explained on my request what he had done.

We had a service on the boiler three months previously (which got the boiler up and running), but the real benefit came when the pressure dropped and we lost the heating. Brian was great in helping (re)explain over the phone how to get the water refilled and the heating working again. Great service.

Brian was our service engineer. Very nice man- knew his stuff. His first call to us. Usually it's Phil. But Brian was extremely helpful and efficient. Boiler working well. Happy. Next year we'll go again.

Great, no hassle free service

My second time getting a service from Vokera & I'm well impressed. A boiler that in the past has given me a huge amount of grief as a couple of cowboys installed it is now running like a dream . A recommendation from Brian the service technician to install a magnet filter has ensured the boiler is now doing what it was meant to ...work properly with a yearly service. Efficient service, clear communication & paperwork..I would highly recommend....Thanks Brian

Had an issue with my boiler and also booked a service. Got the service done but unfortunately the issue wasn’t worth fixing but got good advice in what to do when replacing the boiler. Niall has serviced my boiler a few times before and found him excellent and reliable. Yes I would recommend Viridus to service and maintain your boiler

Had an unexpected boiler problem - and contacted multiple RGI approved options. But Vokera had all the necessary parts, at the most affordable price, and quickest turn around time. The repair and service was done quickly, professionally and with absolutely no hassle. Very smooth.

Niall arrived at the arranged time and explained clearly (in layman's terms!) what the problem was and what remedial action he was talking. The experience from my first encounter made, with Mary, was reassuring.

Just had my Vokera gas boiler serviced and checked out by Brian.

Brian is a gentleman. Took his time to make sure I understood how to use the system and explained how everything worked. He's extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond answering all my endless questions.

10/10 experience, will be going straight back to Brian and Vokera next time around.
