The beard balm is so light and silky

Love the product, big fan and would continue to order it, only one concern and it it’s not a big deal but I’ve noticed some of the pencils seem to have less than some, this has not been an issue and could be chalked up as more of rare occurrence but I’d thought mention it, other than that, love it👍🏾

I got my order with 1 defective pencil out of the 2 !When I emailed ,they made me feel like a liar and cheat !I had to send and keep sending pix of defective pencil that they claimed they never received ,like I never received my replacement!

I normally don't write reviews, but since you insist so much, here it goes. I gave you 2 stars from my last experience where after immediately placing an online order, I attempted to cancel because I realized I had order the wrong color, I couldn't reach anyone. I emailed you immediately and you informed me that the items had shipped and I could not change my mind. I wrote to point out that I was a returning customer to please cancel the order and you simply said no; that I could wait until I received it and then maybe mail it back at my expense (Not a good idea). About two weeks later, I received the product and decided to discard it and throw it away.
