Mistake after mistake

Mistake after mistake.
Voicetype supposedly doesn't recognize the microphone directly linked in VT, yet it records what I say, only to crash the software, open it again afterward and then display the message: Unfortunately, we did not recognize the microphone and speech could not be recorded. And that's not all – while I'm speaking, a message appears: Only 1000 characters allowed. WHAT? I have purchased Unlimited! What did I even buy here? People, stay away from this software and buy quality elsewhere! UNUSABLE NOW!
