Our customer purchased Hugo Boss 1079/003 glasses from VOGUESPEX SRL. The frames were brought to our optical store for lens fitting, and during this process, a paint defect became apparent. The paint rubbed off easily, and the frames were clearly defective. Photos of the defect are available and can be provided upon request.

We sent 4–5 emails to VOGUESPEX requesting a replacement or alternative solution, but the seller has not responded.

According to European consumer protection regulations, eyewear products are covered by a two-year statutory warranty, under which defects not caused by improper use should be remedied through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.
The frames are of poor quality, and the seller refuses to take responsibility. We strongly advise potential buyers to exercise caution when ordering from VOGUESPEX SRL.

Have ordered Boss frame from them and the parcel came from Moldova. As Moldova is not in EU I had to pay a duty tax, €25 extra. Tried to contact the company, but there is no tel number and they are not answering the emails. Avoid!

got a pair of glasses for my son, took them approximately one week to deliver the item but in the end that's more or less acceptable as the specs were a bit too sophisticated, local optician said the quality was worth the money spent. Might order a pair for myself when my ones turn rusty. Cheers
