I placed an order for a shirt which was delivered as promised and I was quite satisfied with it. Therefore I went ahead and placed an order for two coord sets on Feb 22, 2025. There was no response or communication from them so I reached out via WhatsApp and got a response from them wherein they shared my invoice and I was told that I would receive the order in 3-5 days. Thereafter there has been no further response from them and I’m still waiting for the order and an update or a response from them.

Subject: Urgent Complaint: Violation of Return Policy – Immediate Action Required

Sir/Ma’am,

I purchased products from your website (Order Number: VG59658) and attempted to return it within the 7-day return period stated in your policy. However, I was later informed that the return is only for damaged products, which contradicts the return policy displayed at the time of purchase. Additionally, I have been unable to reach your customer support as my calls and complaints have gone unanswered.

I request an immediate resolution to this issue. As per consumer rights, misleading return policies and failure to provide proper customer support can be reported to consumer protection authorities. If my return is not processed within [reasonable timeframe, e.g., 3–5 days], I will have no choice but to escalate this matter, including filing complaints with consumer forums and sharing my experience on public platforms.

Extremely poor!...i bought 2 printed shirts ..very poor quality clothes.fabric is too cheapwith lint show in the fabric. They have No return policy. They don't entertain any complains or suggestions. They will make all excuses and will not entertain return or refund.fake site! Dnt waste your money.dont trust them.

Very poor quality. Even though their website mentioned that refurn and refund is available, they don’t refund the money, it’s a fake. Don’t ever buy from them, looks like a scam. I am regretting for buying from them. Lost money. It’s a genuine review. Please don’t buy from them.

pathetic customer care and pathetic quality of the cloth. This is a huge scam. They are fooling the customers by displaying different products on their website and delivering bad quality and poorly stitched clothes. Shame on them.

Such a stupid company who cheats customers.They don't stick to their policies what they have printed in their website. No return even if the stuff they sold is of poor quality. And if you want to exchange they will charge you.
Never had any such awful experience in online purchases till now.

Big scam company. Don't buy from here. I should have read the reviews earlier. Bought a shirt, was not happy with the product, asks for refund. They are not willing to refund. Now they re not responding also. Please don't buy from here

Poor quality products; don't accept returns
I wish I had seen the other reviews before ordering products from this company. Had the exact same experience as many other people who have rated it 1 star - very poor quality of material and when asked for a return, they simply refused saying "items can only be returned if damaged". But their policy on the website clearly states they accept returns in case customer is not satisfied with the product. Absolute scammers! Please DO NOT buy from them

I have ordered two shirts 8 days back. The order has not been shipped yet. They are not responding in WhatsApp and calls. The phone is now switched off. I can't contact anyhow. I am not getting any update. Is my money gone? Will I not receive the order? Now I just saw the reviews and I am worried. I want to cancel the order. But don't know how to do that.

The worst quality they serve .. fake products fraud people

Ordered a ball gown. Was delayed due to flooding in Spain. They gave some credit for the delay. Order arrived soon after expected date and was excellent quality. Very happy with the products size, fit, fabric and also the communication with the company and their speed in trying to solve delivery issues. Would definitely order here again

I ordered 2 shirts, the size was short so I asked for an exchange first they asked for my order no. So I sent it to them then after that I asked them about the order they said they are on holiday after that I messaged them that hey the holiday's are over can I get my size exchange and I got no reply. This a big scam, waste of money

They are pathetic both in their product quality and after sales support. Even after a month and half still not received exchanged item. They will not accept return of item if you dont like product quality (which is pathetic to start with). Do not buy from them.

This is a fraud company, quality is bad, for exchange no one picks up the call/phone is switched off. Customer service email id is wrong. No response from WhatsApp message.

Very pathetic.
What’s wrong?
1. The product doesn’t match the image and quality is bad. Print is not the same, stitch is bad.
2. Not worth the price.
3. PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE- Tried to return the product but the website had issues with selecting products for return and also only displayed “store credit” as the option for refund! I did not want store credit but wanted the amount to refunded back to the account.
Reached out to customer care the same day but nobody got back. Next day after several tries someone got back on WhatsApp that I received product for return as quality not good, they declined saying refund is only applicable for damaged product. However, the policy in website clearly says refund can be initiated at any time and especially if quality not good.
Would have attached screenshots of proof for both policy as well as the chat with customer care.

Zero. Frauds. Cheats. I only requested an exchange but they are not ready . The only positive review here must be paid or the owner. Complete waste of money

It is a trap.Don’t buy from this website. They won’t return or exchange items.
It is clearly stated on your exchange & returns policy that Vogue liberty would arrange pickup for exchange & return. But they put it on to customer to send it to their warehouse (atleast mention the same on the website, don’t hide the facts). They even don’t have ‘My orders ‘section on website to perform return/exchange action on items purchased. I had to find the contact number online and personally message them. Pathetic service. Beware of such fraudsters who are here to make money not provide good service.

I deeply regret wasting my money on their cheap qaulity products. These people are cheats offering false promises on their website and when you contact them they don't respond.
