I was looking for a particular product and Vograce didn't offer it but the representative Minty offered to try it for me. It came out really well and I appreciate their quite communication as well.

I ordered a lot of stickers and gold foil prints. Shipping by sea took a while, but that was expected.

The prints turned out amazing.
A few stickers were cut weirdly (only a couple of 8000+), overall the quality is great.

This was my first time submitting a plush print order and I was incredibly nervous about screwing up--which I absolutely did. The Vograce employee who worked with me, Reese, was beyond helpful, patient, and suggested improvements (which were great ideas!) to make my plush turn out the way I wanted! Absolutely perfect customer service!

The only thing is I ordered a plush with NO keychain attached, but it came with a keychain; however, I'd say this is probably my fault for not double-checking and confirming during the review period.
