VogoLuxy Big RED flag 🚩 🚩🚩

Fortunately, I didn’t place an order. I was actually about to pay, but luckily I decided to first check whether returns and refunds were possible. Since I wasn’t completely sure about what I read, I contacted the support team.
Their first response was “Give me the tracking number.” I explained that I hadn’t ordered anything yet and simply wanted an answer to my question. In my initial email, I clearly stated that I hadn’t placed an order because I wanted to understand the return and refund policy in case the product didn’t fit or I didn’t like it.
The second email I received was very short „ah please read again” At that point, I replied that there was no need their response was already enough for me to realize that this might be a scam.
The third email came in ALL CAPS “AH PLEASE READ AGAIN” I mean, what kind of normal customer service responds like that? Not just once, but three times.
Today I decided to check Google reviews, and unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), I found only negative feedback. I truly believe that websites like this should be legally banned.
I also read that customer service allegedly threatened customers who requested refunds, saying they would send people to harm them and their families.
In any case, I want to warn others do not buy anything from this website, VOGOLUXY!

Product is a plastic replica

Product is a plastic replica, not leather. Long wait times. Don’t waste your money with this vendor. Buy a real pre-owned one and just spend the money. I won’t even try ti get my money back.

Unwearable garbage, false advertising, lied to American Express and demanded customs fraud

April update: I got my money back through credit card chargeback!!! Do not let them scam you! Fight for your money! Open credit card case against them! Don’t let them scam you and run away with your money!
I also did research they own many websites like that selling replica items, all websites with no reviews so BEWARE! Check very well before buying. All the best everyone, do not give up! Scammers should be shut down.

I own the original Cartier Nuts and Bolts pieces, but I only wear them for events or travel. At home and in everyday life I prefer to wear replicas so I don’t damage my real ones. I wasn’t looking for super high quality, my only wish was that the replicas would at least look similar to the original.
This shop advertised these as “1:1 super fake copies”. What I actually received for $157.50 was complete unwearable that doesn’t even look like my original items from a distance:

The ring has fixed (non-movable) nuts and bolts, while the website photos and description clearly show a movable design like the real Cartier.
The earrings measure only 33 mm in diameter, way smaller than the authentic 39.5 mm. The difference is huge and obvious.
The quality is so poor that the plating is already peeling and I literally cannot wear any of it.

When I politely explained the problems, attached 6 photos with ruler measurements and ask for a return, the seller:

Called me a fraudster and stated “This is fraudulent”.
Refused any refund.
Demanded I return everything immediately to China and wrote: “Return the goods to me immediately, and then I might decide what to do” with no guarantee of refund or resolution. Shipping to China is $90....
Instructed me to falsely declare the package as “inox cup” for only 10–15 USD and as a “gift” to avoid taxes and customs.
Later lied in their official response to American Express, claiming I never sent any images and never replied, with attaching a screen where you can clearly see my replies and pictures I attached.

Additional issues:
They list their business address as Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe) in the documents, but the return address is in Shenzhen, China (Pingshan District).
This merchant sells low-quality items with a huge markup, sends completely unsuitable products, disrespects customers, lies to banks and attempts to involve buyers in customs fraud.
I have all the screenshots and documents as proof (email thread, ruler photos, Amex response PDF, “inox cup” instruction, address discrepancy).
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Vogolux.com
