Fancy comfortable shoes !

Being very happy with the Vogany shoes I am thankful for the opportunity to be the owner !
The size is rather big.... if there would be "half sizes" they would fit even better.
Attention, I forgot to order the insoles. But had them delivered quickly afterwords.

I have bought 2 pair of shoes White and brown ortopedic shoes. The Quality is very good, and the shoes are perfect to West. Further I have to enphaziz the short delivery time.

Great product and service to match

Great product and service to match. Highly recommend. One think to confide is the sizing is larger so if you usually wear a size 9 it might be wiser to order an 8.5.

Better than deacribed

The product is actually better than described. - a rarity for sure . The shoes are comfortable, wry well made and the best travel shoes I e had for ages
Delivery on time and follow up. If you need a pair of all round globe trotting shoes these are the only choice

BEWARE VOGANY!

I bought shoes from Vogany online and decided not to keep them as l found the shoes to be of poor quality. They said l had to return them to France at my own cost which would cost more than to a UK address.
There was a UK sender address on the postage label so they had been posted from the UK but they said l couldn’t return to that UK address.
They have many onerous online legal clauses and were not helpful with my return. They offered me a discount to discourage my return.
I would NOT buy from Vogany ever again and would advise you to look at their Returns Policy which doesn’t include a returns address until you contact them to make a return.

This is my second pair

This is my second pair. I do not have the best feet and suffer when walking; however, these shoes are fantastic- stylish and comfortable, and they don't make my feet hot. It is a pleasure to wear them and be relaxed for the whole day. I have worn them in wet weather, and they seem okay. Don't let in water. I highly recommend trying them.

Magnifieke zalige schoenen

Dutch : Graag had ik vermeld dat deze schoenen echt wel supergemakkelijk zijn. Zalig om te dragen. Het eerste paar heb ik al versleten; ik draag ze dan ook dagelijks. Ik heb nu mijn tweede en derde paar besteld.
English : I’d like to mention that these shoes are truly super comfortable. They’re a joy to wear. I’ve already worn out my first pair, as I wear them every day. I’ve now ordered my second and third pair

Refund policy horrendous!

I returned some shoes in February as they were too small. It is now 12th April and I still have not received my refund. I keep getting emails saying they will pass to the relevant team but still no luck.
I would not recommend Vogany as their refund policy is horrendous!!

quick and good service for resolving a delivery issue

When my package was accidentaly returned due to an omission of the post, I contacted Vogany and they resent it asap, with no extra charge. I got an immediate answer, steady support and clear instructions. Soon I received my 2 pairs of shoes (Winter shoes - Optimal comfort and grip, and VogLDeck - Waterproof and breathable orthopedic shoes), both very soft and comfortable. I am very pleased with the products and especially grateful to Amara KESH of the service team for being so kind and helpful throughout the process.

Ultra-comfortable non-slip shoes

The Vogany shoes look beautiful and super comfortable however I ordered my usual size 36 but the shoes were too big. I was offered to keep it with some refunds or exchange it… but keeping was not an option my closed ones are bigger sizes and as I am travelling I couldn’t take the risk of exchanging. So I returned it unfortunately but with a full refund which didn’t take long. The only problem was I had to pay the postage which is quite a bit. The great experience is that the customer service is great they replied to each of my emails and were very helpful (a special thanks to Jeth Privey she is great in communicating). Thank you Vogany for the beautiful shoes and great service. I will surely reorder in the future after giving you details of my shoes in sole measurements as we as my feet measurements to make sure I order the right size. Thanks

Improvement of Customer Service / Return Policy

Return policy needs to be improved a lot. You will be happy with the shoes VogLDeck as long as they fit well. They are indeed wonderful. However, if they do not fit it is a nightmare to return them. I already wrote 2 emails and have still not received the return address which is in France! With this policy/attitude Vogany will not be able to sustain business in the USA.

Vogany shoes are same as Temu…

Vogany is selling exactly same Temu shoes but 5 times more expensive. Those I bought on Temu can have their inside and exterior soles damaged rapidly, comfy yes but not lasting long.

I ordered one pair of shoes plus one…

I ordered one pair of shoes plus one pair of support linings. When I placed the linings in the shoes my foot wouldn’t fit. I have sent emails to their care address but have had no response. I want to return the items and get a refund. But no luck.

Lousy service and refusal to give refund

Ordered some shoes. They were too narrow. Asked to return for refund. Company tried to pay me off by offering 30% refund to keep them. Declined and said I would be returning. Sent back to address given with Recorded Delivery (at cost of £15) . Later, when I asked where was refund, they said “ Upon checking the tracking details, it indicates that your item will be returning to you.”
How??? I gave no return address so parcel must have been received and opened by them.
They then offered me a 75% refund as “a kind gesture”.
Will be taking up with post office and credit card, but this company is not genuine and like all the Chinese ones will do anything to avoid giving a full refund.
DOn’t buy anything from them.

The response from Vogany says that I was supposed to have ‘Classified the goods as Returned goods on the form’ and that they told me this. They did not. Here is there email telling me how to return the goods

Knowing that returns can be costly in terms of postage, I took the initiative of asking management for an exceptionally larger commercial gesture for you.

I've managed to get you a refund of 30% of the cost of the item, allowing you to keep it without returning it.

This is a standard procedure, as the items are being sent back to the original sender. Unfortunately, without this correct classification, the parcel is treated as an import, rather than a return.

To assist you, we offered to cover the customs fees and deduct them from your refund, or we also offered a 75% discount since the items were being returned to you. However, we understand that you chose not to categorize the return as "returned goods," which caused the customs issue.

Sizes are not right

Shoes look lovely no doubt. But I didn't have positive experience. I'm UK size 4 which mean EU size 37. I ordered size 37 which is slightly loose. Due to being unsure of sizes now, I requested to return the item. But I have been advised that I have to pay shipping cost myself from UK to France. Just be careful.

Ordered 3 pairs of trousers that were…

Update:

There were no return instructions.
Why would I accept 50% discount on trousers that are too small??

Ordered 3 pairs of trousers that were the wrong size. I must have emailed almost 20 times over a month and finally sent them back to France at my own cost. At every stage I was asked to keep them and accept a % discount. Even after sending them back, I have heard today that they are sitting at the post office as there is a return tax to pay. This is absolute nonsense - they are not importing anything, they are accepting their own item back. This is disgraceful deceit and I shall take the matter further with my credit card company immediately. I am not accepting this behaviour.

Vogany products

Bought the high top sneakers of khaki colour and then in brown and great. The black bras in set of 3 were too big and poor quality and meanwhile had bought set of 3 beige bras in smaller size that bit again poor quality. Also got the slippers in brown and in black and fit well. Happy overall.
