Voelkner is a total scam

Voelkner is a total scam.
Never got my product nor the refund as I asked for.
Plus they charged way more to my card than the product was. And it was to gate 1 not even Voelkner.
Was so excited to find a Ps5 and now I am out a Christmas present for my kids and no money to get a new one. Ps - the only reason I even went there is because they were listed on an in stock webpage- so I am now leary of those too. So heartbroken. Do not make the same mistake as me.

STAY AWAY ABSOLUTE SCAM

STAY AWAY ABSOLUTE SCAM. 15 mins after placing an "order" a fraudulent transaction was attempted on my credit card. I had to replaced my card. Do not get fooled like I did by a shiny Ps5. They claim your payment did not work to try to get another form of payment.
