Really lovely first experience with V-Nus Locs.
V and N are very professional but also friendly.
The entire process (new client Zoom consultation, appointment booking and hair re-tightening session)was pleasant and I found it truly enjoyable! They carry you along and explain what they are doing e.g. letting you know what products they are using and which ones will be applied to your hair.
My hair session started promptly and my hair was well handled. No tugging or pain...just felt pampered. Thank you V and N...and see you again at my next appointment ❤️
