i found the service service support excellent when i ordered a XL coat as when it arrived it was too small. They promptly exchanged it for a 2XL explaining the terms & conditions. Unfortunately this... See more

Do not buy from this website it’s a front for a Chinese company. You CANNOT return anything you buy. It’s lying on its website. AVOID
1 star is far too good
1 star is far too good. Have tried to return my goods supposedly to be London and have now been told I have to pay the fee myself to return to China. I will be contacting trading standards
Do not buy from this site if you think you may need to return the item
Absolute crooks! Report them to Trading Stand
Absolute crooks!
Avoid them. I am reporting them to Trading Standards for false advertising and cohesion. They are insisting I return a dress to China when there is no mention of China on their website! The alternative is 20% refund and I keep something not fit to wear!
I am not surprised others have had such a horrid experience, we should all complain/report them and hopefully get a resolution... this is a horrible company and shouldn't be allowed to treat customers like this!
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !
Poor quality fleece jacket that didn’t fit and zip not working. Very cheaply made.
Website is misleading as it has a uk address in the returns section. You have to email to organise a return. Then go through a series of obstructive emails where they try to refund you store credit and actively discourage return. Or they refund a disgustingly small percentage and you have to keep the item.
On questioning, even if you have proof of postage for return (at your own cost of course!) they won’t honour that proof if the item is lost in transit.
So really you’re forced into keeping the item and only getting a small percentage back.
Horrible trading standards !!
Ordered and paid for goods (pair of…
Ordered and paid for goods (pair of trainers)9th October 2025. After 1 week without any contact from this company I called their London office. Their telephone number (a mobile number - should have been a warning!!!!) did not ring out. I then sent an email and eventually received a reply advising shipment was en route. They sent me a tracking note suggesting the parcel was being delivered by Royal Mail but in fact it was being delivered by Yodel. Eventually after days trying to track the package the goods arrived 23rd October. Opened the already damaged package to discover the trainers did not fit, despite ordering size UK 8.5, the parcel contained trainers size 7.5, or at least that was the indication based on their size chart, nothing on the trainers themselves. Emailed back and advised of the problem. I was offered a 10% payback and told to keep the trainers. I did not accept their offer and quoted UK Consumers Act 2015 regarding refund of monies paid if goods not of the same quality etc as ordered (I thought they were based at a London Address as per their website). They emailed again and increased their offer to 20% refund and keep the trainers. I then made more enquiries and realised this company is not based nor has a actual store in the UK. They are based in China, so UK trading standards do not apply to them. A final email suggested if I wanted to return the goods then they would need to be in the original packing with all labels etc intact but warned incoming goods into China suffered extensive delays and in many cases goods were lost in transit and never reached their destination. Be warned you could be throwing money away. I’m now awaiting confirmation on a counter offer I’ve made to save me sending them back.
Avoid Vntura at All Costs
Avoid Vntura at All Costs – Appalling Quality, Dishonest Returns Policy, and Shocking Customer Service
wish I had checked the reviews before ordering from Vntura. I placed my order on 3rd October 2025, and after over two weeks of delays, the shoes finally arrived — cheap, creased, and made of thin plastic. They were nothing like the photos advertised.
When I requested a refund and free return (as clearly required by UK Consumer Law for faulty goods), Vntura repeatedly refused. Instead, they tried to fob me off with a series of insulting offers — first 10%, then 20%, then 75% store credit — all to avoid taking the product back. I had to quote the Consumer Rights Act 2015 multiple times, but they continued to ignore my legal right to a full refund for damaged goods.
The final insult came when they suggested I pay to ship the faulty shoes back to China — despite UK law clearly stating that customers are not responsible for return costs when items are defective or not as described. Their customer service was robotic, repetitive, and evasive, offering everything except the lawful resolution.
To make matters worse, the shoes arrived in a plastic bag (no box), were visibly damaged, and clearly not fit for purpose. I’ve now escalated this to Trading Standards as Vntura appear to be deliberately obstructing refunds.
Avoid this company at all costs. They sell poor-quality goods, disguise their return process behind foreign shipping hurdles, and blatantly ignore UK consumer rights.
If I could give zero stars, I would.
DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY -
ordered pair of Calvin shorts size L
Took 3 weeks to come from China, even though looks like they're in London on the site.
Crap quality, no label at all.....and would fit a child.
SCAM
DO NOT BUY
Horrendous quality. Items are from China not UK. Misleading company. Cannot refund and return goods as the return address is China. Had to claim back through credit card company.
No delivery
No delivery. Go to Temu, same items on Temu for half the price….this is a con.
Order a pair of shoes from the website
Order a pair of shoes from the website. 3 weeks later a crushed pair of shoes that were nothing like the ones on the website turned up in nothing more than a thin plastic bag. No protection at all and they were completely crushed near flat.
On complaining to them I was told ‘defective items are not refundable’
Avoid this rip off company at all costs
SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE
100% agree with the other negative reviews DO NOT USE - COMPLETE SCAM! Make out they are a UK company when they are based in China. Goods are cheap and do not fit and refuse to give me a refund, have offered 30% refund on £100 clothing order and backwards and forwards on email and still no further forward!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
I placed an order for some men’s shorts which were branded as “Calvin’s” shorts. I was searching for branded shorts and presumed they were Calvin Klein shorts, which the name conveniently suggests. They arrived unbranded and the material is very cheap and they’re also 2x smaller than a men’s medium size that I ordered. I have since requested a refund and to return the item, but all I keep getting back is offers to keep the item and a 20 to 30% store credit. I have repeatedly told them the item does not fit, therefore I do not wish to keep them or order anything further from them. After numerous emails back and fourth they sent me a return policy with a London address, I returned the item and provided a tracking number only for them to come back and say I posted them to the wrong address. Apparently the return address is in China and not the London address they provided me. They are still refusing my refund. My advice DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Ventura - China based, poor service. Don't bother!
Ventura portray themselves as a London based company with "easy returns". They are in fact China based, do not follow UK consumer law and make returns so difficult that no-one would take the risk. Shipping is also slow, goods are low quality and customer service queries are met with polite responses full of stock platitudes but ultimately if you want to return something, even if they sent a different size from what was ordered, you need tracked shipping to China which costs over £30. Dreadful company
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I would really like to have indicated a 0 star rate, this company is absolutely awful. I ordered an oversized jacket in a large I’m a size 10-12 UK it is tiny at least 6 inches too short in the arms . In terms of refund I can have 20% of value back or post to China . The process has taken in excess of 6 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
appalling and deliberate delay in resolving the matte
I received my order from Vntura without issue, but arranging a return has proven extremely difficult. I have been in contact with their support team for over a month, repeatedly requesting return instructions. Instead of providing the necessary details, they continue to offer 10–20% discounts on future purchases. Responses arrive only every few days, and no progress has been made. Overall, a very disappointing customer experience.
Terrible
Terrible, do not order from this company. Ordered over a month ago, not delivered, have asked for refund not given. Asked instead to pay more money to get another delivery. Think I have been scammed, don't use!
I will update/ remove this if I get a refund from the company.
Do not buy, scam
Clothing is nothing like the picture. Hilariously bad. Wish I could post photos on here to show you. Not even remotely the same dress. They have a London PO Box to trick you into thinking it's a UK store and instead send from China. They have so far refused to offer me refund but 10% back or 50% credit. Think I'm going to to have to try and get money back through credit card company.
Shames Vntura Company
Appalling, Shameful, Threatening, Coercing - words I use to describe this company. The goods I got cost £65 and the materials are atrocious. They quote a UK address to send them back to but when you tell them you want a refund the address changed to an Asian one and they quote extortionate postage prices you will have to pay then offer 10% or 20% refund and you can keep the goods - which I do not want and will never wear. DO NOT EVEN look at the web site never mind order from them. I got £13.12 refund for £65 worth of unwanted goods - you have been warned!
So very misleading
I bought a raincoat on the site and it took 15 days to arrive when it should have been 7-10 days.
The product was not exactly what I expected as the raincoat was not good under the rain at all, as it was made of a standard material.
So I asked for a return and, after being offered many partial refunds for not returning, I was told the return would cost me between €30 and €45 because I needed to send it back to China. Really appalling when the website only has a London address so I assumed I was returning it to an English address. So very misleading.
