Server randomly turning off, and cannot be restarted. Tickets with no replies since months. Avoid this.
The provider is not very reliable. My server was suspended because of used traffic (no info about this). Despite immediate upgrade and direct payment the server was not unlocked. My support ticket was deleted two days later without comment, but at least the server was unlocked again. Wouldn't buy again with VMium. I have switched to another provider in the meantime.
